Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. The bathroom is dotated with shower and toilet. You are welcome in our apartment!

Du hast die Möglichkeit für familienfreundliche Aktivitäten, den schönen Bodensee zu geniessen und traditionelle Restaurants zu besuchen. Unsere Unterkunft ist optimal für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Ein guter Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge, auch in die benachbarte Schweiz und Österreich. Beautiful flat in historic center of Überlingen

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

Ehemaliges Ökonomiegebäude der Försterei, umgebaut 2006, sehr ruhig inmitten der Natur gelegen, weiter Blick über die Felder und Wiesen. Die Adelindis-Therme ist im 5 km entfernten Bad Buchau zu erreichen, weitere Thermen im Umkreis von ca. 25 km. Das Sommerhäuschen ist nicht für Kinder unter 4 Jahren und nicht für Menschen mit Behinderung geeignet, da das Schlafabteil nur über die steile Leiter zu erreichen ist.

Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden ab Ostern 22 unser ganzens Haus netten Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf (Supermarkt/Bäcker/Metzger) finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Bitte beachten Sie, das bei der Anreise eine Gästekartengebühr (Kurtaxe) in Höhe von 2,80€/pro Nacht und Person ab dem 15. Lebensjahr zu leisten ist.
