Beautiful apartment - only 3 km to Lake Constance

The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Cozy apartment to relax

My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Old farmhouse Owingen, Lake Constance, whole apartment

The apartment is on the second floor (steep staircase without handrail) of a 300-year-old half-timbered house in a quiet location in Owingen, about 7 km or 10 minutes from Lake Constance. Parking is available right in front of the house. A bakery with a small supermarket is a two-minute walk away. Also within walking distance are two inns, a doner shop and a cafe, butcher, post office, banks and a pharmacy.

Fewo Fernblick in Billafingen (Lake Constance approx. 9 km)

Our apartment is located in the village of Billafingen in Owingen. From the roof terrace or alternatively from the balcony, you have a magnificent view of the mountains, fields and meadows. Our apartment is the ideal starting point to explore the Lake Constance region (9 km to Überlingen) – and then away from tourism – back in the hinterland – to unwind.

Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. This unique apartment is located opposite the Überlingen Museum. This is the ideal base for exploring Überlingen. Only 3 minutes walk and you are right in the center where all the tourist attractions are located. Centrally located but still quiet, as there is little traffic on this road.

Historic farmhouse in a quiet location

The apartment has been newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). During construction, care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partitions were designed as half-timbered walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment is about 60 m² and is barrier-free.
