There is a table for 2-4, a kitchenette with Keurig, refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. There is a tall claw foot bathtub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces.
