Great house for a group of people, very functional and well located, since you can walk to tourist spots and there are bakeries nearby as well. The host Grazi was very helpful and gave us tips on great restaurants. The only problem we had was the instability of the Wi-Fi, which had a coverage failure in the region during our stay.

Quiet place with a beautiful view. All necessary utensils in the kitchen, impeccable bathrooms and comfortable bed. Excellent heated hydromassage. Contact with Karine and Pedro was very easy and quick. The stay is very good. We like it very much.

It was a perfect stay, Mr. Jarbas and his wife were extremely kind, they welcomed us with an afternoon coffee table, a delicious chocolate cake. A differential for sure, a very nice, cozy and complete space. Mr. Jarbas even offered to pick us up at the bus station, on our next trip to Ouro Preto, we will definitely stay with them again. Of all the accommodations, this was the most cozy, both for the reception and the house. A wonderful place!!

Wonderful house! The view is breathtaking, all the spaces are very well thought out and integrated, the house is just comfortable! One of the only ones where all the details were well thought out, the kitchen was very well equipped! And the bakery Edilton recommended surprised us, we found everything we needed

I spent memorable days with my wife in Ouro Preto in this beautiful house. Everything was clean, organized and smelling good, and as advertised. Host Fernanda always responded promptly and provided all the necessary support. We will return soon.

If you are looking for a quiet place and simple accommodation, this is the right place, Mr. Odemar and Mrs. Marilene are extremely helpful, very nice and private location, wonderful silence, we were able to rest, enjoy the day and night in Ouro Preto, I recommend it without hesitation, we will return more often and we will always choose to stay with them! ♥️ GRATITUDE!

Impeccable house! Excellent space, all decorated and very equipped. Host Rafael very attentive and available at all times. Very young and capricated house, excellent and clean bed linen and towels. We were impressed with the entire experience offered, note 1000.

My experience in hosting was excellent! The place is very comfortable, with a great structure and everything extremely clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, very close to the O Passo restaurant and other important tourist spots in Ouro Preto, which makes it much easier to get around the city. The host deserves a special mention: extremely polite, helpful and cordial, always available to help with any questions or needs. I felt very well received and welcomed throughout the stay. It is definitely a place I recommend without hesitation and where I intend to stay again when I return to Ouro Preto!

I loved the stay with Luiza, the accommodation is very well located, it has everything for a quiet stay. Everything was clean and we were able to enjoy the city a lot. The room is great for a couple, especially if you're visiting the city. Although the place has a kitchen equipped for quick preparations and a minibar, we did not use it, there were excellent cafes nearby. Luiza even left us a notebook with several recommendations, a lighting of lamps that helped us rest after walking a lot in the city. The shower was great, although very cold, we didn't suffer in the shower lol. The location was what really enchanted us, we stopped the car on the first day and only went out on foot. There was no need to drive at any time. The neighbor had a dog that barked a little, but nothing that bothered me. I recommend the stay!

The property corresponds to the advertised. Kitchen equipped for meal preparation, clean property, clean bed and bath linens, large rooms. There are two suites. The kitchen is bright and airy. Very nice property. The hosts are very kind, helpful and attentive. We will certainly be back.

Nara is an amazing host, so friendly! Unit is walking distance from all the tourist attractions in Ouro Preto and is very spacious.

We were very welcome by Mr. Geraldo, who even with the last-minute reservation, welcomed us with an impeccably clean and tidy apartment. The place is excellent, very well located and a few minutes' drive from downtown Ouro Preto. The accommodation was perfect for our brief stay in the city and I would definitely stay again in the same place. Being in Ouro Preto was incredible, and the receptivity of Mr. Geraldo made the experience even more special!

I stayed at Eulália's place in Ouro Preto (MG) and it was a great experience! The place is comfortable, well maintained, very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, with easy access and super close to UFOP. Eulália was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I highly recommend it for sure!

Camila was very kind and helpful during my stay. I found the place very well organized and clean. The location is good. Like all Ouro Preto, get ready to go up and down a lot of hill. Although there is no garage, the street is very quiet to leave the car day and night. I recommend it!

I simply loved the experience of staying in O.P.! I recommend it with my eyes closed to anyone looking for a cozy and well-maintained place. Brunna and her husband were amazing: super caring, kind and attentive to every detail. The apartment was spotless — clean, fragrant and fully equipped, with everything you might need, from utensils to appliances such as an air fryer, microwave and coffee maker. It was undoubtedly the best place I've ever stayed, and I'll definitely be back!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Local area extremely clean and fragrant. A wonderful view as advertised. Vera gave us tips on bakeries, Uber, city tips, etc. I will recommend the place to my family.

Excellent duplex apartment. Kitchen equipped with enough utensils. Ample parking. Clean. Two bathrooms, hot water, good pressure. Friendly communication with the owner. The only thing is that until very late, like 1am, you can hear water running, pipes... you can hear the neighbors as if they were inside. And check-out is very early, 10:00 am.
