Cozy, new and rustic studio apartment in Ouro Preto, ideal for up to 4 people. Large space with 2 new bathrooms, clean, airy and humidity-free environment. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, air fryer, kettle and utensils. It offers Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels. Excellent location: 3 min by car from the center and 5 min from the bus station, with a market next door and close to Parque das Candeias. We don't have a garage, but the street is very quiet. We even leave our car on the street.

Cozy and quiet apartment for accommodation. Located very close to Parque das Candeias, among beautiful mountains (view from the bedroom window). Within a 10-minute walk, you can see the Basilica of Nossa Senhora do Pilar, built during the gold cycle. The apartment is close to the Historic Center and the exit to Highway 356 (BH). At 1.0 km, we already have the UFOP Arts and Conventions Center, 1.3 km from Tiradentes Square and 1.6 km from the Bus Station. High-speed internet access.

There's a pharmacy next door, nearby grocery stores, a bakery, a gym, and a bus stop right in front. The apartment is all equipped and will offer you everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I want you to feel like home. (we have a garage option 100m from the apartment separately)

Ap Eleonor is located in the Rosário neighborhood, a super quiet place with a family atmosphere... we are close to the Historic Center, Bus Station, being easily accessible by car or on foot. We offer a privileged panoramic view of Pico Itacolomi, São José Church. Nearby we have a market, bakery, pharmacy, bars, restaurant, local handicrafts. Locals park their vehicles in the small square that is almost in front of the house, a very quiet place.
