Une experience exceptionnelle Nous avons séjourné dans la Villa Tokyo en famille pour un séjour d’une semaine et notre séjour a été parfait. La villa est magnifique et très grande chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain avec un grand extérieur, une grande piscine. La villa est un peu loin du centre mais en voiture nous avons pu nous déplacer sans problème Merci à Badr le gardien de la maison qui était toujours disponible. Amine a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux du début à la fin avec des intentions particulières encore merci à lui de nous avoir fait découvrir la Tanjia, plat tradionnel de Marrakech et le transport privé pour l’aéroport . Une chose est sûr je reviendrai et je vous recommande cet endroit vous ne serez pas déçu.

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

La maison est magnifique, propre et calme. Abdel est à l’écoute, très accueillant et très disponible tout au long du séjour! Vacances de rêves avec les commodités proposées : taxis, activités etc Villa sécurisé H24. Hayat notre gouvernante est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Ses plats sont magnifiquement bon pour un prix très correct ! Nous reviendrons, ça c’est une certitude !

Excellent séjour à la villa Dais, nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis par Marie mais également toute l'équipe de la maison. Le lieu est très agréable, les chambres sont très spacieuses, la cuisine excellente. Tout est parfait! Merci encore.

Fatima et Simon ont été extrêmement gentils et serviables. Ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions et nous on rendu beaucoup de service. Ils se sont adaptés à nos besoin (arrivée flexible). Le logement est très bien situé (5 minutes de la place). Magnifique décoration, très propre. Belle prestation

Ismail and Aziz were amazing! They were very proactive and extremely helpful in making our trip and getting around as easy as possible! The breakfast was great and the Riad was a dream! We are super grateful for both of them and their hospitality, we would definitely come again for them and the beautiful Riad! My stay was absolutely amazing. Everything went super smoothly from start to finish. Sophie is a fantastic host, super friendly and very communicative, which made everything even easier. The place was perfect, and we especially loved the delicious breakfast with Fatima. Such a lovely touch! I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft mit herrlichem Blick und einheimischem Feeling! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, begonnen mit einem herzlichen Empfang. Hamza und Chaimaa waren immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit, und Abdul kam extra aus Marrakesch um uns zu helfen. Man bekommt alles Wichtige zu Fuß und in der Umgebung kann man viel erkunden. Pluspunkt: die Wohnung ist sehr kindersicher :) Wir danken euch für die tolle Erfahrung!

Le Riad de Gareth est tout simplement sublime et très bien situé à coter du Palais Royal et de la porte Sidi Mimoun. Presque tout marrakech est accessible à pied avec 10 à 25 min de marche . Franchement emplacement nickel et la propreté parfaite. Il faut aussi féliciter Saïda et Abdou de leur gentillesse et dévouement au quotidien ce qui rend le séjour encore meilleur. La piscine et la terrasse est un gros plus pour séjourné à Marrakech. Ma famille et moi avons vécu un séjour parfait nous recommandons les yeux fermés le Riad de Gareth Famille Roye

Un immense merci pour ce séjour exceptionnel ! Mon mari a eu la chance de fêter son anniversaire dans ce lieu grandiose, accompagné de son amie, et tout a été absolument parfait. L’attention portée à son anniversaire nous a profondément touchés : un repas spécialement préparé pour lui, des gâteaux en plus. Quelle générosité ! La dame qui s’occupe de la cuisine est un vrai trésor : ses plats sont délicieux. La communication avec l’hôte Syrine est fluide, chaleureuse et bienveillante. Ce logement dépasse toutes nos attentes, et pourtant nous en avons fait plusieurs — c’est tout simplement le meilleur. Même si je n’étais pas présente cette fois-ci, je le redis avec conviction : c’est un lieu qui crée quelque chose de vraiment unique. Merci pour cette accueil 🙌

Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Nicoló hat uns sehr pünktlich am verabredeten Treffpunkt abgeholt und uns die Unterkunft gezeigt. Die Lage ist super direkt in der Medina und wir konnten aus der Haustür direkt ins bunte Treiben starten. Wir waren in seinem Restaurant essen und hatten die beste Pizza in ganz Marokko.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce magnifique riad ! Dès la réservation, Ann et Philippe ont été super réactifs, disponibles et vraiment arrangeants – un vrai bonheur ! C’est très agréable de sentir, avant même d’arriver, qu’on a fait le bon choix, rien qu’à travers leurs messages, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et leur disponibilité. On s’est senties en confiance tout de suite, et ça a vraiment fait la différence. Un immense merci aussi à Fatima et Aziza, qui ont été adorables tout au long de notre séjour. Leur gentillesse et leur attention nous ont touchées, sans parler des petits-déjeuner ! Le riad en lui-même est superbe, tout à fait conforme aux photos (même mieux en vrai !). On s’y sent tout de suite bien, c’est spacieux, joliment décoré et parfaitement situé au cœur de la médina. Je recommande à 100% et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique villa. Tout était parfaitement conforme à la description, voire mieux encore. La maison est décorée avec goût, extrêmement propre et très bien équipée. Le jardin et la piscine offrent un cadre idyllique pour se détendre. L’hôte a été particulièrement compréhensif ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Je tiens a remercier Zidane pour sa disponibilité ainsi que toute l'équipe.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Yahya's place! The villa is so spacious and equipped with everything you could need. The beds are really comfy and the villa feels really safe. Yahya was always on hand to answer questions and help with anything. We paid to have the pool heated which was perfect and meant our two children spent many happy hours in it! We also chose to have 3 dinners made at the villa by two ladies who cooked delicious food - would really recommend this service. The location is remote, but it is not far from the main road and then it is an easy drive to the supermarket (Carrefour is 15 mins drive) and then 10 minutes further to the centre of Marrakech. We hired a car at the airport. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!

Our stay at Paolo’s villa was unforgettable – we had tears when we left as the staff were so wonderful! The perfect mix of exploring Marrakesh and Agafay, along with relaxing days by the pool, made for a wonderful experience. The villa is stunning, and we felt at home from the start. Sana, Fatima, and Jafaar made us feel like family, with delicious meals every day. After our first dinner, we asked them to cook for us the entire stay on the days we were there! Paolo was a fantastic host, arranging for Abdullah to pick us up from the airport and providing transport throughout our stay. The location was peaceful and safe, with a small village nearby, and the 30-minute drive into Marrakesh was no issue. The rooftop views were incredible, with hot air balloons and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains in the distance. At night, the starry skies were unforgettable. We can’t wait to return – thank you, Paolo, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This riad is simply stunning. Looks exactly like the photos and ideal location only 15 min walk to the main square. Really easy to get taxis from the main road 3 min walk away. However, the real stars are Naima and Abdou who make the experience 10000x better. Naima is a wonderful cook and kept the riad looking spotless. Abdou was also super friendly and as a group of young girls travelling together we felt so safe with him in the Riad. All in all it was a 10/10 experience, definitely worth every penny we paid! Thank you so much to Naima and Abdou for their hospitality.

L'emplacement est parfait, permettant de découvrir facilement les sites emblématiques de Marrakech tout en revenant à un endroit calme pour se ressourcer. Mon séjour dans cette villa a été inoubliable ! À notre arrivée, la vue sur les montagnes de l'Atlas était spectaculaire, idéale pour des vacances relaxantes. Le golf à proximité ajoute un charme indéniable pour les amateurs de ce sport. La piscine, ensoleillée toute la journée, était un havre de paix, parfaite pour se rafraîchir après nos explorations ou pour se prélasser avec un bon livre. Récemment rénovée, la villa allie élégance et confort. Chaque détail est soigneusement pensé, rendant l'espace accueillant et raffiné. Le service de conciergerie a été exceptionnel : réactif et convivial, l’équipe a enrichi notre expérience avec de bonnes recommandations et une aide précieuse. L'emplacement est parfait, à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville et de la place Jemaa el-Fna, offrant ainsi la tranquillité de la villa et l'animation du centre. Un immense merci à l’équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux. J'ai hâte de revenir et recommande cette villa à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour

I celebrated my 40th birthday at this beautiful riad in Marrakech with 9 of my girlfriends, and it was an unforgettable experience! The house is spacious, and full of charm — the perfect setting for a special occasion. Aziz, the owner, welcomed us warmly when we arrived, and although we only saw him once, his hospitality was felt throughout our stay. His amazing assistant, Youssef, was with us every day and made our experience seamless. He helped us organize all our excursions, transfers, and any other needs we had — always with a smile and so much care. The riad is fully staffed with a cleaning team and talented chefs who prepared the most delicious meals for us. We also enjoyed spending time at the on-site farm, with its many animals and horses. One of the sweetest moments was when Aziz’s 5-year-old son gave us a tour of the property — he totally stole our hearts! We also went horse riding, which was such a fun and unique part of the trip. Overall, we had an incredible week! MERCI

Ce Riad est un petit coin de paradis à Marrakech. Un petit nid pour les amoureux. Il est dans un état absolument impeccable. Le Rooftop avec son petit bassin ouvert sur le ciel est propice au calme et à la détente. Nous recommandons très vivement.

The Riad is a beautiful and peaceful oasis inside. It looks authentically Moroccan, and on a hot day, even the center courtyard stays cool. Each bedroom has its own AC system so each guest can set it to their liking. A foul, the driver picked us up to and from the airport, and Samia made us a delicious breakfast every day. She also cooked a tagine dinner for us which was tasty and healthy. She even made a separate no-salt tagine for my friend with dietary restrictions. The Riad has lots of common sitting areas, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and spacious. We loved this Riad! The only downside was that the location was not easily accessible by taxi. We had to do lots of walking in 99 degree heat. Normally I love to walk, but the heat zapped my energy. Lastly I will mention that the hosts are very responsive with communication. They advised us on where to eat and other matters.
