we were delighted with our stay at Saad's. hayat and rachid, the staff of the house make our holiday stay at the top. a big thank you to them their availability, thoughtfulness and kindness leave us a very good feeling. we even shed our little tear at the start. rachid speaks only Arabic but with Google translate no pb. hayat is an excellent cook. pdj with crepes msmen Moroccan tea coffee eggs...a treat. her excellent couscous, tajine, choutchouka... miam-miam. she taught us how to make the local bread and is very patient with children. Beautiful touches such as the cut watermelon, the Berber half brought by the pool... great what. redid was adorable. always smiling. has our availability to pick us up groceries at the convenience store or vegetables and fruit at the Sunday village market. the villa is very large. air-conditioned all the comforts wifi and Netflix. an incredible pool with a first space where children can play and bench for adults and a large pool for dives. we were 10 with children and each had their place. it is 25 minutes from Marrakech by car. an oasis of happiness as you leave the medina of central Marrakech. we'll most certainly be back. i highly recommend it

Nice room in a beautiful estate . Very relaxing.

The house is delicious to live in and we had a great family holiday there, from 3 to 76 years old! The reality is better than the photos, the pool is very pleasant, and the view when you wake up from the master bedroom is an enchantment. Othman and Émilienne were lovely from tip to tip. Communication was seamless and friendly, with a lot of trust from them. Special mention to Omar the gardener always ready to be of service. The garden is lush with flowers and fruits and provides a welcome freshness. We would highly recommend!

We loved our stay, Orlando was especially taken by all the animals and was the first up and out to greet them each morning...we had a very happy time....

We were passing through there for one night with our two small children and would have liked to have stayed longer. Arrival was uncomplicated. The coordinates on airbnb are not quite accurate, but you can find the hotel on Google Maps or booking, there it is very accurately linked. If you have the route in Google Maps it is very easy to find. The grounds are large and very quiet. We were the only guests, that was certainly exceptional. In addition, Ramadan was just around and we arrived in the afternoon. Marie organized for us that her chef came back to make us dinner, which was really great service. Especially since there are not really restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as far as we have seen. The pool is heated and super pleasant. We highly recommend the place. Even if you visit Marrakech, you have a super relaxed accommodation here and can drive to the city in 20 minutes.

amazing, peaceful, beautiful, close to Marakech, hire car a must. Philippe was fantastic throughout, coms second to none. I was there for 13 nights with my two teen boys, amazing pool. The home itself is spacious, clean and traditional in feel. Our stay was made 5 star by Wafa and Hassan. Wafa, at our request, cooked 3 meals a day almost every day, not for free, but worth every single penny! home made traditional food and she is a beautiful person. Hassan and his amazing family were also gracious and willing to help with anything. Hassan even cleaned my hire car! We already miss (got back today 16th August!) them all and the amazing home. The local folk are amazing and helpful. There is a quad bike place within walking distance, this was a fantastic experience. Having cats around was also a bonus, they are not strays, but they did not hang around inside the home. I could go on and on, thanks, Philippe, Hassan and especially Wafa xxx PS we will be back!!!

We were very delighted to stay in the private aboubakar estate. Restful secure place holiday atmosphere and calm assured. Thank you for your family and warm welcome . Our favorite area after the pool was the terrace facing this one which gave us wonderful family moments again thank you for everything

I book I have this very quiet place and great

Thank you for a wonderful stay, it's a beautiful and unique place, with a very large and well-kept garden. Dominique took care of every detail, she is very helpful and committed, she provided us with all the extra services we needed. The villa is spacious, everyone had a beautiful aesthetic bedroom, a lot of space to relax outside and a large pool. In addition, the chef prepared delicious Moroccan meals for us every day, we are very satisfied.

Ayoub is the best host you could wish for. He is helpful, so kind, inspiring, creative, open minded and just like a friend. You’ll have your private room and come together with him and his friends in the center of the house where music, food and conversations happen. The terrace is wonderful for stargazing, doing yoga and enjoying the view to the Atlas Mountains. In the village you’ll have a restaurant, small shops and you can meet friendly locals. The area has a nice lake to cool down. And nearby is the agafay desert, definitely go there for sunset!

We had a pleasant stay at the villa. A very quiet and clean villa that meets my expectations We have everything available in the villa . The staff(Youssef) is available for any request and responds quickly. Fatema zahara stove is at the top and cooks very well😍 I highly recommend this peaceful place.

What a beautiful home! Zohra was so kind and helpful, as was Reda. Zohra kindly agreed to let us check in a few hours early as there wasn't anyone vacating the house that day, and Reda met us to show us around and give us keys. The house is exactly like the photos, and very clean, including the dishes. Plenty of toilet tissue and hand soap provided, as well as both house and pool towels and all linens and dish cloths. Everything else, be sure to pick up on your way. The house is about 40 minutes drive from Marrakech which was ideal for us. The grounds and pool were incredible. Everything was just what we wanted to relax in the sun and heat for a week. Zohra offered cooking/cleaning services but wasn't pushy at all when we decided we didn't need them (it was the end of Ramadan that we visited so felt it was more respectful to not request anyone to cook for us and certainly didn't want to take away from family celebrations at the end of Ramadan). We had a great time and will return!

Everything was perfect! Riad is a welcoming and very nice host, we had a great time at his place. The villa is beautiful, clean, spacious, extremely well-equipped, and that's not to mention the outside which is just amazing, the garden is really very well maintained, the same for the pool, there is a football field available to the delight of the children, we will come back without any hesitation!! The apartment is quietly located in a charming complex surrounded by palm trees on the edge of Marrakech. The staff is very friendly. The pool is superb.

Everything was perfect, a big thank you to Simba and Séverine and the rest of the staff who were very attentive! We stayed 3 nights with family, we loved the setting, the greenery, the calm, the horses and ponies, the accommodation, the pool etc… we were 30 minutes from the center by car but they offer transport to make it easier for you. We were welcomed late (10.30 p.m.) which was a plus.👍 I recommend it without hesitating! See you soon!

I travelled with my family, including my grandparents, both in their 80s, on their first visit to Morocco. It was important to me that we begin our trip somewhere beautiful and serene yet authentic—and this place exceeded every expectation. The property itself had stunning interiors and vast, bird-filled gardens. We wandered among sheep and chickens, stumbled upon a tortoise in the orchard, and enjoyed the scent of fresh herbs and flowers right by our breakfast table. Every corner of the property felt like a discovery. Even before our arrival, we were provided with plenty of helpful information, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to our stay. Abderrahim, Khadija, and Omar were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Khadija’s cooking was nothing short of extraordinary—every breakfast featured a little homemade treat, and the dinners were simply divine. Andennacer, was a very nice man to communicate with, he is thinking and does everything he can to make your stay as smooth and pleasant as possible. The cook who works for him (ahlam) can cook super well and is super sweet! I had a very nice stay. My brother Abdennacer I hope to meet you again soon!
