The apartment is well located and secure, the neighborhood is quiet, lots of restaurants nearby and a beauty salon and 3 minutes from Place Carré Eden in Guéliz. The location is great. Everything is close. There is a taxi station just 30 m away. The accommodation itself is impeccable and neat. Apart from some work in the building that may cause a little noise and/or water outage. Everything is great!

The accommodation is even better than in the photos: modern decoration, cozy atmosphere, everything is clean and perfectly maintained. The jacuzzi is a real joy to relax in, the PS5 clearly added a fun touch to our stay, and the air conditioning makes it even more comfortable. We feel that everything has been thought of in every detail to provide a quality experience. The host was responsive, welcoming, and professional. Egle’s place was wonderful. A beautiful location. Within walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, markets. Very vibrant. The home was perfect. My favourite area was the outdoor space. Thanks Mr.REVASION I had an exceptional stay in a brand new apartment with stunning views of the lake and its fountain. The pool, facing the lake, added a relaxing touch. The three bedrooms were very bright and all amenities were available inside the apartment. The concierge service was impeccable, responding to all my requests in less than a minute. The 24/7 secure residence even offered a pharmacy, hair salon and nearby restaurants. In just a five-minute taxi ride, we were at the beach. Everything was really exceptional, and I can't wait to go back!

For those like me who like to be close to the most beautiful avenue, the best restaurants and places in Marrakech this is the perfect apartment. All within walking distance. For those looking for calm but the street is lively in the evening you can hear traffic. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, mentioning + for the hot tub to relax.

Beautiful apartment with quality materials. The decoration is done with great taste and very classy. The pool and rooftop jacuzzi is really a plus and our 2 year old daughter had a blast. Small shopping mall nearby and good restaurants. The accommodation is 15 minutes from the center of Marrakech by car. You can rent this accommodation without a second thought, it is beautiful and impeccable. Great stay and host available and responsive.

Amazing accommodation, clean, refined decor, exactly as shown in the photos. A breath of fresh air as soon as you get back after a long day visiting or doing activities in Marrakech. Anissa and Nicolas are just the best, always there for us, they respond very quickly. They guide us if we need and recommend a great place! I'll come back to Marrakech and stay there again! It's just a 10/10, 20/20. If you hesitate to book, you're already making a mistake, so go for it! I'd recommend it without a second thought

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We didn't use the kitchen but it's very large and looks well-equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it's not done much in Morocco, but a small shower curtain would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main roads of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, carriage rides nearby. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small supermarket downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to access it, so you can't go there in just a swimsuit, you have to get dressed since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and offer good advice, thank you both very much!
