Gareth's Riad is simply sublime and very well located next to the Royal Palace and the Sidi Mimoun gate. Almost all of Marrakech is within walking distance, 10 to 25 minutes' walk. Frankly, great location and perfect cleanliness. We must also congratulate Saïda and Abdou for their kindness and dedication on a daily basis, which makes the stay even better. The pool and terrace are a big plus for staying in Marrakech. My family and I had a perfect stay. We recommend Gareth's Riad without a second thought. Roye Family

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

The house is beautiful, clean and quiet. Abdel is attentive, very welcoming and very available throughout the stay! Dream vacation with the amenities offered: taxis, activities, etc. Villa with 24-hour security. Hayat, our housekeeper, is incredibly kind. His dishes are beautifully good for a very good price! We'll be back, that's for sure!

Ismail and Aziz were amazing! They were very proactive and extremely helpful in making our trip and getting around as easy as possible! The breakfast was great and the Riad was a dream! We are super grateful for both of them and their hospitality, we would definitely come again for them and the beautiful Riad! The location is very good and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. To improve, the water pressure of the shower and put more pillows on the beds.

My stay was absolutely amazing. Everything went super smoothly from start to finish. Sophie is a fantastic host, super friendly and very communicative, which made everything even easier. The place was perfect, and we especially loved the delicious breakfast with Fatima. Such a lovely touch! I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

What an amazing house! We spent a week there with our parents and children, and our biggest frustration was not staying longer! Total disconnection, barely wanted to go out, we felt so good there. Very spacious and well-equipped house, nicely decorated. And our real happiness was to benefit from the services of a home cook, whose cooking was excellent. Thanks to Christophe for his availability and responsiveness, and thanks to Widad and Badira for contributing to our well-being during this week.

An exceptional experience We stayed in the Tokyo Villa as a family for a week and our stay was perfect. The villa is beautiful and very large, each bedroom has its own bathroom with a large outdoor area, a large swimming pool. The villa is a little far from the center but by car we were able to get around without any problems. Thank you to Badr, the caretaker of the house, who was always available. Amine did everything to make our stay go smoothly from start to finish with special intentions. Thank you again for introducing us to Tanjia, a traditional Marrakech dish, and private transport to the airport. One thing is for sure, I'll be back and I recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

A huge thank you for an exceptional stay! My husband had the chance to celebrate his birthday in this magnificent place, accompanied by his friend, and everything was absolutely perfect. The attention paid to his birthday touched us deeply: a meal specially prepared for him, extra cakes. What generosity! The lady who takes care of the kitchen is a real treasure: her dishes are delicious. Communication with the host Syrine is fluid, warm and caring. This place exceeds all our expectations, and yet we have made several — it is simply the best. We had an absolutely perfect stay in this beautiful riad! From the moment of booking, Ann and Philippe were super responsive, available and really accommodating – a real joy! It's very nice to feel, even before arriving, that we made the right choice, just through their messages, with great kindness, and their availability. We felt confident right away, and it really made a difference. A huge thank you also to Fatima and Aziza, who were lovely throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention touched us, not to mention the breakfasts! The riad itself is superb, fully matches the photos (even better in real life!). You immediately feel good there, it is spacious, beautifully decorated and perfectly located in the heart of the medina. I recommend it 100% and we will come back without hesitation!

Our stay at Paolo’s villa was unforgettable – we had tears when we left as the staff were so wonderful! The perfect mix of exploring Marrakesh and Agafay, along with relaxing days by the pool, made for a wonderful experience. The villa is stunning, and we felt at home from the start. Sana, Fatima, and Jafaar made us feel like family, with delicious meals every day. After our first dinner, we asked them to cook for us the entire stay on the days we were there! Paolo was a fantastic host, arranging for Abdullah to pick us up from the airport and providing transport throughout our stay. The location was peaceful and safe, with a small village nearby, and the 30-minute drive into Marrakesh was no issue. The rooftop views were incredible, with hot air balloons and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains in the distance. At night, the starry skies were unforgettable. We can’t wait to return – thank you, Paolo, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The villa is very clean, large and in a good location. The garden with volleyball court, pool and outdoor area are incredible assets. Marie is very responsive and does not hesitate to come to the villa if we have any questions.

Franck's riad is so easily accessible in the medina. Plus, he was very responsive and a fantastic host. special thanks to Nizha, who cooked an amazing dinner for us, and always had lovely brekkie ready for us in the morning. A spectacular house and garden with private pool where we spent most of our time relaxing. So many seating, eating and sun bed areas to choose from. We also made good use of the pétanque court. It was 20 minute drive to the medina and 10 mins to the supermarket so close enough to be practical and far enough to be peaceful. The gardener and housekeeper were discreet and helpful and Amine was a great host. Super friendly and very helpful. We’ll be back!

We were a family of 8 adults and 2 children, one 3 years old and the other 5 months old. We stayed 4 days in this beautiful Riad in all respects in accordance with its description. This Riad is perfect for a family or a group of friends. The decoration and furniture are beautiful. The upper terrace is very nice as well as all the common areas (the patio and the 2 living rooms in particular). It is in a very good location since in 10 minutes on foot you are in the souk. Samia prepared excellent breakfasts for us and helped us make this stay a real delight. In short, a great place.
