Enjoy a central location in a child-friendly neighborhood. Our large shared garden offers all day sun and plenty of relaxation which makes it ideal for a holiday or workation. Directly located next to a playground area with picking garden, football field, cable car and playground equipment. Plenty of amenities within walking distance. Only 2,5km from the town centre of Alkmaar. Our Garden Room was built in 2024 - with the exception of the kitchen - brand new. The kitchen has been upgraded with an electric hob.

We had a great and fantastic stay! The location is excellent, and the apartment is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. Perfect hosts – thank you for a wonderful time!

The flat was very nice and we appreciated the little extras hidden around the apartment. The parking was a little bit difficult (that may be due to the fact that an event was going on), but everything aside from that was very good. The accommodation was also perfect for our two dogs.

Linda was a very kind host who always responded quickly to messages! It was noticed that she put a lot of effort into furnishing the apartment. The apartment is very quaint and cozy. You could not live more centrally in Alkmaar: shops, restaurants, etc. can be reached in less than 2 minutes. Unfortunately, the church tower clock strikes every quarter of an hour at night, which was a little difficult at night. Linda provided us with earplugs for this. But the beds were very cozy!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Mario was there to receive me and was always there for me when I needed anything. The place is fantastic, comfortable and cool. I really liked staying there and having my space. He also helped me finding a house which was really nice. Thank you for everything!!
