Located directly next to a playground with picking garden, soccer field, cable car and playground equipment. Numerous amenities are within walking distance. Only 2.5 km from the city center of Alkmaar. Our Garden Room was built brand new in 2024, with the exception of the kitchen. The kitchen has been modernized with an electric hob.

De Klaver Garage

The Klaver garage is a private residence in a quiet street in the city center, with free parking in front of the door. On the Noordhollandskanaal, a stone's throw from the old city center and shopping streets, many cozy restaurants and bars, the city park around the corner and train station and supermarket are nearby. The beach, the dunes and Amsterdam are also easily accessible. Everything is completely new and equipped with every comfort. The perfect base for exploring Alkmaar and its surroundings.

This 3-room apartment features a master bedroom, bathroom, small bedroom and a spacious living room with luxury kitchen with built-in appliances including a dishwasher. Within a radius of 100 meters, you will find numerous restaurants, cozy cafes and the main shopping street of the city. The station is a 10-minute walk away. In half an hour, you will be at Amsterdam CS. The beach can also be reached in 20 minutes.

Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.
