You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

The apartment consists of two large bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette... but also restaurants located just around the corner. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

Quiet and spacious cottage for nature lovers

At the foot of a large pine tree on the outskirts of the Sèvre Nantaise, you will have a large accommodation (127 m2) in a completely renovated former industrial building with stunning views of the countryside. From the cottage, you can hike along the banks of the Sèvre to the Château de Barbe Bleue and then relax on the terrace while watching the sunset. In the heart of the grove near Puy du Fou, you can also enjoy the tourist activities of Cholet.

Located in a cul-de-sac, our 80 m² cottage is a place conducive to rest and relaxation. You will be 2 minutes from the shops (bakery and grocery store, pharmacy...) and 300 meters from a bus stop to Angers but also 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire (canoe-kayak rental, Loire by bike), 15 minutes from Angers and 18 minutes from Terra Botanica by car. Hiking trails in the countryside and forest are accessible from the cottage.

Welcome to our duplex, located in the heart of downtown Nantes on the ground floor of a beautiful old building opposite Jules Vernes High School. In a pedestrian street, quiet (except during school hours), a short walk to Place Aristide Briand, it is a perfect base to explore the city. You can enjoy the proximity of a wide range of cultural sites, shops, excellent restaurants and food shops according to your desires and budget.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

In a 19th century building, at the foot of the famous Passage Pommeraye, discover our family apartment. Ideally located in the historic heart of Nantes, you will have 120 m2 with 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful living room. Old-world charm assured: high ceiling, old parquet floor... on the 4th floor without elevator access. Perfect for discovering Nantes on foot and unwinding in the evening in our cocoon.

Welcome to the 42 m2 "Côté jardin" apartment. There is an industrial-style decor with open kitchen. The bedroom is in a "Jungle" style with a 160 cm bed. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to put your bags down for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels).
