Guaranteed calm, shops, Sunday market and train station within walking distance. Small plus, on Sundays, in summer, you can attend various concerts at Café du Hâvre, located a few meters away. The Outbuilding

We will welcome you with great pleasure in our old 22 m2 winepress renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have a fully-equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).
