You want to find a cozy nest of 50 m2 in Ancenis, town bordering the Loire, between Nantes and Angers, it's good here. The apartment is located in the city center, on a small square, 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the walks on the banks of the Loire. The decoration is of the Scandinavian type but warm. It is well equipped, everything is provided, linen, bedding and toilet. We will be delighted to host you in our former 22 m2 wine press, renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have an equipped kitchen area, a retractable bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped area of 2400 m2, a stone's throw from the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, outdoor swimming pool in July and August in the town center).
