The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bicycle racks are provided (within the limit of 2) so they will be safe.

Welcome to this independent, bright and spacious apartment, close to shops and restaurants, in the city center of Vertou. Ideal for solo, couple, colleagues or family, 1 double bed, sofa bed, up to 4 guests. This charming 42 m2 accommodation consists of a separate entrance, kitchen-dining room, an office, a separate bedroom. Shower room, separate toilet. Located close to all amenities, bus 5 minutes walk, it remains pleasantly cool in summer.

You will stay in an apartment adjoining the owner's house in a green setting in the Gachet district. You can enjoy the terrace of the wooded and flowered garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment is located close to the Erdre and higher education schools such as Polytech, Oniris, the Ecole du Bois, the Ecole de Design etc... Access to the Parc des Expositions de la Beaujoire is very easy, whether by bike, bus or car. Pets aren't allowed

Nice 30 m2 studio, completely new (2023) Located in the southern district of Vertou, opposite the vineyards and 5 minutes from the Pôle Sud shopping center. Direct access to walking tours from the house. 20 minutes' drive from the center of Nantes. The apartment is adjacent to our house, with a private parking space. Ideal for working during the week or your weekend getaways! Quiet neighborhood, accessible only by car.

The Outbuilding

We will be delighted to host you in our former 22 m2 wine press, renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have an equipped kitchen area, a retractable bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped area of 2400 m2, a stone's throw from the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, outdoor swimming pool in July and August in the town center).

Independent studio

A 5-minute walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the quiet of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and an equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). The land is sloping, a few steps provide access to the entrance to the studio.

"Garden Side"

Welcome to the 42 m2 "Côté jardin" apartment. There is an industrial-style decor with open kitchen. The bedroom is in a "Jungle" style with a 160 cm bed. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to put your bags down for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels).

Studio of 30 m² adjoining our house,with independent access. 20 minutes from Nantes by car and 3.5 km from Mauves train station (Nantes 13 min). Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, mall. For 2 guests, double bed and possibility for another person( sofa bed), an extra charge will be requested). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

248 Riverside is the former Rabotière café that was completely renovated by an architect and decorator in 2020. Ideally located 5 km from Ancenis, the house has exceptional views of the Loire with two beautiful terraces on stilts. One side faces the Loire and the other faces the garden. ​
