Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Icking and especially this is a very quiet place with much greeness and good air around hier. Nevertheless this apartment is located 5 min. on foot to a suburban train station S7 for a Train ride to Munich Hbf in 35 min. Moreover via the B11 highway located beside the station allows to drive your car to Innsbruck, Austria about 60 miles away and to the marvellous King marvellous King Lutwig castls and palaces.

The house is in a quiet location. In a 5-minute walk, there is a sports facility with swimming pool and sauna. Grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. The city center of Munich is about 25 minutes by car. There is a bus connection to the S-Bahn (suburban train) not far from the house. With the S 7, you can get to Munich Central Station in the city center without changing trains.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
