Very peaceful place in the countryside with lovely host

We were completely satisfied with the apartment as well as the contact with Johannes. According to the description, we expected a parking space right at the apartment, which was a selection criterion for us. Unfortunately, a parking space could only be used in the public space near the apartment and was sometimes difficult to find there because parking bans were signposted due to construction work. For our taste, the bed was a little too soft, but this is not a criticism but our personal preference. Johannes always asked if we needed anything else, but everything was fine for us and everything we needed was available.

We thought the stay was beautiful. The interior design is exceptionally high quality, great kitchen and wonderful bathtub. Thank you!

The place is beautiful, in a wonderful area, and a walkable small town (right outside of Munich). If you're traveling in or near Munich, I would definitely suggest this place! :)

We were satisfied with the accommodation. The environment is pleasant, the instructions very practical, useful and concise. We have no comments. The accommodation is more than spacious for 2 people - more people can certainly fit comfortably in the space. In case wit more people, it is a pity that the sleeping area in the attic is not divided into several zones - it is de facto open space. In the case of several guests, I would also recommend adding towel hangers/bathrobes in the bathroom.

Perfect apartment brand new with lots of small touches

We recently stayed at Wolfgang and Andrea’s loft while visiting Munich from the US with my wife and our three kids, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Wolfgang personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the space, which was a wonderful touch. They had even stocked the fridge with sparkling water and wine, and left snacks for the kids—such thoughtful hospitality! Transportation was a breeze. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do in the city, which made exploring Munich with a family smooth and stress-free. The host’s communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and friendly. Their instructions were incredibly helpful and detailed, showing just how much care they put into making sure guests have an outstanding experience. They are definitely 5-Star!

Absolutely recommended apartment. Very spacious, with kitchenette with the most important utensils, large Dining table, wardrobe and large bathroom. Everything is very modern and very clean! Especially the bathroom. Every corner and joint was clean here. In the entrance area, there is a coffee machine that you can use, which makes very delicious coffee. Unfortunately, it was only luck if you could get a coffee, as it almost always displayed "empty coffee grounds". Here you could perhaps think of a better solution to "fix" this faster. The surroundings are nice and quiet, just a short walk around the corner are a restaurant, an Edeka with bakery and Aldi. Approximately 10 minutes by car is a great restaurant with a beer garden. You can quickly get to Munich and Lake Tegern or Lake Starnberg. We found the smoker's balcony, which was really located right in front of our room windows, somewhat unhappily resolved. Here you don't feel so private in your room.

The place was nice and big, clean and the neighborhood was quiet. You could also park without any problems. Bakery, supermarket and bus stop are easily within walking distance. There were two of us and we can fully recommend the apartment!

We were warmly welcomed by Sonja, the key for the apartment was already in the door - everything worked out just fine and the apartment is very quiet and very cozy. I'm sure we'll be back - thank you.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and cozy apartment. It is well equipped and lovingly decorated, in addition to the beautiful view from the balcony to Lake Tegernsee . Lake, shops and restaurants are reachable in a few minutes. On top still the parking space in the underground parking and extremely warm hosts. What more could you want? I rented this place for a week and was completely satisfied. The apartment is very cozy, spotlessly clean and ideally equipped for two guests. Particularly noteworthy are the private parking space and the stable, fast Wi-Fi – perfect for work or relaxed streaming in the evening. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is available – from comfortable beds to a fully equipped kitchen. You immediately notice that it has been furnished with attention to detail. A big thank you goes to the host Armin, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly, and he was always available if any questions arose. I can fully recommend this place and would come back anytime!

We had a lovely few days in Eva’s home during our Munich portion of our vacation. The building was in a walkable area and had a decent amount of street parking as we rented a car because of our planned day trips. We would stay at Eva’s again anytime! Book with confidence!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

The place was really great. The apartment is one of several in the house. The entire apartment was super clean and fully matched the pictures and description. The kitchen is well equipped and the associated induction field, as well as the oven and microwave are modern and in a 1-A condition. The host - Freddy - was always easy to reach and always responded promptly. The surrounding area is very beautiful and idyllic. The whirlpool was very relaxing and is in the garden with beautiful views! A In addition, the barbecue hut can be booked, which overlooks the house slightly elevated. This is also very modern and lovingly designed. All in all, I highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time. We were only in Erding and on site, so I can't say much about the connection to Munich etc.

We felt comfortable immediately, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirlpool was our highlight and already heated and usable when we arrived:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village:) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.
