And yet we are in the middle of Munich or at the fair in 20 minutes. The basement apartment consists of 2 rooms – sunrise for breakfast, evening light in the bedroom. It's wonderfully quiet at night night. Forgot charging cable? – No problem. Rain outside? – No problem. Quickly cycle to the bakery? – No problem.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
