Large single-family home in a quiet residential area. Great Mjøsutsik!

Vacation on Toten? Bring your family to our great place! 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms, large verandas and premium views of Lake Mjøsa. Good bus connections. 6 min to Gjøvik, 10 min to Lena. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom are newly renovated. New furniture such as beds, sofa, etc. Playgrounds in the immediate vicinity. Large garden with lots of fun for young people. Very good hiking opportunities just outside the door. Short way Starum, Vind, Lena, Totenhallen, NTNU Gjøvik and to Karidalen which has great hiking trails and frisbee golf park.

Good views and sun conditions, here you can find peace and experience the old sitting life without running water and electricity. Less than 1 km to several baths/fishing waters. Lots of nice walking paths. Remember and read the house manual and rules. Please use translate help or similar if you do not understand the content of the text in this ad. The house is charming and cozy and located right next to Mjøsa. Here you can wake up listening to the waves from the lake and see beautiful sunsets at the evening. Mjøsa is Norway's larges lake with great fishing. The house have a 120 meter private shore with a beach in the end. Perfect for kids (see picture for equipment). The ground is 5000 sqm so you have a lot of outdoor space. The house itself is 69 sqm. Ground floor consist of:livingrom, kitchen and bathroom. 2. floor consist of 2 bedrooms

House with a beautiful view, hike opportunities

Jeg leier ut et hus på Toten med nydelig utsikt. Huset ligger alene på en topp på Bøverbru Her har du skiløype/turmark rett utenfor huset og herfra kan du gå rundt i hele Toten område. Du er nære Gjøvik, Lena og Raufoss. Bruker en time til Gardermoen herfra, 40 minutter fra Lillehammer og 1,5 time fra Oslo. Her er det 100% trivvgselesgaranti. Du har det meste du trenger tilgjengelig i huset. Jeg vil legge igjen et turkart. Vi har Steffensrud rett ovenfor huset med fiske/god bademuligheter :-)

Spacious family home with views of lake Mjøsa

Welcome to Gjøvik, a city of 30,000 residents, in drivingdistance to Hamar and Lillyhammer. Oslo, 2 h away. The house got 3 spacious floors, with bedrooms at each. 2 bathrooms and a large garden. Our family home (5 bedrooms) have a great view of Mjøsa. We have a terracce with a view and a indoor terracce as the temperatures and weather changes. The area is safe and we got a beautiful garden for relaxing, playing and biking. We do recommend a car to get the most out of your trip.

We are located right on the lake of Mjøsa (between Feiring and Skreia). Originally a farm, now converted into vacation house surounded by beautiful nature. Consists of the main house, guest house with technical rooms, a barn converted to a gym, sauna and badestamp (hottub). Husmannsplassen Havrebakken is an idyllic little house on Hovelsrud farm on Helgøya with phenomenal views of Mjøsa. There is a nice house with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. There is a separate garden around the house. Here you can sit on nice evenings and enjoy the view. There is access to the beach at Hovelsrud. There are nice hiking trails in the forest right behind the house.

A stone step in front of a rustic wooden building serves as a seating area. Two individuals are seated comfortably, enjoying the surroundings. A small wooden table with a flower pot and a vintage water pitcher can be seen, complementing the charming exterior.
