Hovinsholm beach house Helgøya

A cozy little house, with lovely views and nature areas. There is a double bed that sleeps two. Two armchairs and a living room table. A kitchen corner. No running water, but a few liters of water is provided (recommend to bring some yourself). There's a fridge, two hotplates and some kitchen utensils. Outdoor toilet, and electricity in the house. The outdoor area is large, with a beach line and jetty that can be borrowed. Two kayaks are included. Across the water there is a great islet. Perfect for a cozy Norwegian holiday! Here you can enjoy quiet days along the beach, on the roof terrace, on the golf course or stroll into town if you wish. Unique view of Mjøsa with exit to the terrace from the bedroom and the living room/kitchen. 1 master bedroom with 180 cm double bed and 2 regular bedrooms. It is also possible to have a mattress on the floor in the bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Washing machine. 100 meters to the beach. A duvet and pillow for each guest. Bed linen and towels are brought or rented for a small amount during the stay.

Sit back and enjoy sunrises over Mjøsa in this peaceful place on Kapp. The apartment is an independent living unit as part of a larger house completed in the summer of 2022. The place is 5 minutes away from Lena and Skreia, and 15 minutes away from Gjøvik. There is a bus every hour right outside the driveway that takes you to all central areas of Toten, including Gjøvik and Raufoss. You will have access to your own parking space and the exit door is operated electronically with a code so check-in can be done 24/7.

Villa Leonore: Cottage with beachfront on Helgøya

For those who really want to experience the best Helgøya has to offer. Villa Leonore is a summer house built for tramway director Dybwad's wife Leonore in 1915. A nice garden leads down to a private beach by Mjøsa. Beautiful perennial bed and a separate kitchen garden to supply yourself with. You can relax on the porch with a good book, and make delicious local and organic food, with the farm's and the area's own products. There are great hiking opportunities on Helgøya, for walking, running and cycling.

The house is charming and cozy and located right next to Mjøsa. Here you can wake up listening to the waves from the lake and see beautiful sunsets at the evening. Mjøsa is Norway's larges lake with great fishing. The house have a 120 meter private shore with a beach in the end. Perfect for kids (see picture for equipment). The ground is 5000 sqm so you have a lot of outdoor space. The house itself is 69 sqm. Ground floor consist of:livingrom, kitchen and bathroom. 2. floor consist of 2 bedrooms

Cozy and large house. Bring the whole family to this great place in a great location. Scenic and idyllic Nes and Helgøya. In the vicinity of Tingnes with shop, café, beach and Infoteket which has rental of bicycles and kayaks. Idyllic and stately Hoel Gård is just nearby. A short walk over Nessundetbru you will find the restaurant Øya maritim. Helgøya can offer fantastic hiking and biking opportunities, Helgøya climbing park and Skafferiet which offers service in beautiful surroundings.

Het vakantiehuisje ligt op een locatie met mooi weids uitzicht op het Mjøsameer. Het is een stille rustige omgeving waar je heerlijk tot rust komt. Het huisje is voorzien van alle comforts van een vakantiewoning. Ook al is het huisje een deel van een boerderijtje, is het helemaal prive met eigen parkeerplek en een terras met uitzicht over de landerijen en het Mjøsameer. Er is een klein strandje waar je via een bruggetje naar toe kan.
