Outside, there is a fireplace, benches, and the possibility of camping. Complete peace and privacy. Parking 100m below the hill on private property. Wooden toilet outside in nature. Approximately 300m away there is a shop, hut, Finnish sauna, playground. Surrounding hills and trips to Ropička, Kotař, Prašivá, Ondráš.

A small family cottage located a few meters above the Žermanická Dam on private property offers peace and quiet, plenty of activities, and a beautiful setting. The cottage is heated by a wood stove. It has a smaller water heater that runs non-stop, so it requires water management. We apologize to guests for the difficult water access conditions associated with the construction of the bike path. We had no idea about its construction. In the future, however, it will be great to use for skating, walking, and biking
