There are outdoor electric blinds on the windows. The house is located on the outskirts of Olomouc in a quiet location by the Bystřice River, which is lined with a bike path. Great for walks. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful Jeseník nature and a short distance away the forest begins. The large garden provides tranquility, from which there is a beautiful view, whether from the terrace or from the pond at the bottom. There are countless opportunities for walks, hikes or bike rides. It is ideal to combine them with resting in the shade of a flowering apple tree in the garden.

Dům je situován v malebné obci Hutisko-Solanec, nedaleko bývalého lázeňského města Rožnova pod Radhoštěm, které je perfektním startovním bodem pro objevování krás Beskyd ať už pěšky, na kole nebo na lyžích. V okolí je možné podniknout spoustu zajímavých výletů, se kterými vám velmi rádi poradíme. V bezprostřední blízkosti domu se nachází obchod, restaurace a koupaliště.

Public transport stop Wolkerova and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a hot tub, a living room with a kitchen. On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with an electric fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without an elevator.
