The living room with panoramic windows, TV and sofa bed connects to a basic kitchen area with fridge/freezer, stove and micro. In the bedroom there is a double bed and storage. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a toilet. The cottage is located less than 2 kilometers from the swimming area by the lake Immeln and about 30 minutes drive from Kristianstad. The cottage is cleaned by the guest before checkout. Base items like toilet paper and bed linen are provided by the guest.

The home is located in our garage (model larger). The stair to the sleeping loft is via the garage. In a minute you are at the lake where you can fish from the dock, swim, skate, depending on the time of year! It is about 2.5 km to the city center and there is bike path almost all the way. Read the “listing” tab regarding children as guests. Bed linens and cleaning can be booked for an extra fee.

Lille Carlsson Studio is a charming personal apartment. It's a place you want to stay and quickly feel at home: surrounded by art and in the middle of nature with a large private outdoor area. Sweet Summer Cottage with River Views

Come for a relaxing summer away from the rush of the city. Glimminge Koloni was a summer camp for children from Lund in the 1920s and 30s, and is now a charming house and cottage small holding. We are home to a small flock of chickens, 3 sheep (and their annual lambs), one happy Danish Swedish Farm dog and one very friendly cat.

In the cabin there are two bedrooms with two beds, as well as a sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft is there a 180 bed that can be made into two 90 beds, and in the both bedrooms a double bed. In the combined kitchen and living room there is a fireplace, wood is not included. Cleaning is not included! fiber internet connection.
