We are a friendly family and rent here our 60sqm apartment for max.4 persons. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! Local tourist tax is also payable on site!!! The apartment is located directly on the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain bike trails! In the beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent cycling trails and mountain bike trails. For bikers Lautenthal is a great start to the winding Harz!

Haus Regina is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Our apartment is located in an old forest house "the power house", which was built in 1902. It is a bit remote, in the middle of nature. The Schalker pond is within walking distance. We offer a laundry package for €12.50 per person (towels, blankets and pillowcases). The contribution for the spa company is €2.40/night for adults and €1.62/night for children from 6 years. It is not included in the accommodation price. Payment is made on site.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventure seekers, families (with kids) and larger groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and are very comfortable regularly.
