The cost is a one-time fee of €60, which includes a box of firewood to heat the tub. If you need more wood, you can purchase an additional box for €10. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own firewood. Feel free to bring flip-flops and a bathrobe for extra comfort. (Please note: No fires are allowed during periods of high wildfire risk in summer.) ❤ HAMMOCK ❤ OUTDOOR SHOWER Enjoy a relaxing evening shower or a refreshing rinse with a view of the forest. We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Feel-good apartment 160 sqm on idyllic riding grounds

The apartment is on the upper floor of a half-timbered farmhouse on a family-run equestrian center at the foot of the Harz Mountains. The complex includes a piece of forest that borders a river, several ponds and many beautiful corners. In addition, a large riding hall, a round hall and two riding arenas. If you are interested, it is possible to bring your own horses and to board them with full board. There are many beautiful hikes, lakes and other attractions in the area.

A highlight is the huge wellness bath with panoramic views over the rooftops of Osterode.

Our Bärchenhof is located on the southwestern edge of the Harz Mountains. We bought this old farm with a closed garden and renovated it with a lot of love and passion. A mix of old and new furniture and modern furnishings await you. For cooking, you can use the herbs from the raised bed and, depending on the season, enjoy the tomatoes and apples. And the Harz with its beautiful corners is right outside the door and waiting for you...

Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a farmhouse built around 1900. The courtyard with garden is available for you to share. On about 75 m², a spacious, modernly furnished eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms offer plenty of space to relax. The fast fiber optic connection also makes comfortable working possible. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.
