Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

The house is beautifully situated just 10 minutes from Norrtälje and about 50 minutes from Stockholm by car, and there is a golf course. The large property offers plenty of room for outdoor activities and barbecue evenings. Parking is available, even for larger vehicles. On the property, there is also a side house with a sauna and a simple gym.

Relax in this tasteful guest house in Roslagen, only an hour's drive from Stockholm. The 50 sqm cottage is located next to our residential house, but has a private patio. The cottage is located at Länna Kyrksjö, with the possibility of swimming and fishing outside the door. Here you get nature up close, nice walking trails along the lake, bathing rocks, the possibility of berry and mushroom picking. The area is rich in wildlife – moose, deer, fox and hare are often seen. For the adventurous, there is Roslagsleden, just 1 km away.

Electric car charging can be provided for a fee. The charger is a Type 2 and is at 11 KWh. Perfect accommodation for those who want proximity to Stockholm, Uppsala, Norrtälje and Kapellskär harbor. We can also pick you up at the Rösa bus stop for a small additional charge. Our kind dog Bamse and our children play on the property. Welcome to stay in this archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.
