Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. Bremerhaven city center or the dike can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

Here you slow down already on the way to the property, because our forest house will welcome you with wonderful silence, the freshness of the forest, the scent of pine trees, sunny resting and lying places and a large but well-kept natural garden. Sheltered in a peaceful village location, the property borders directly to the north on an extensive nature reserve with shady mixed and coniferous forest, streams, meadow paths and enchanted moors.
