There is no better place to recharge those batteries and upload your vitamin "sea". Although there is one, you will need no television with this phenomenal view! Our apartment has been recently renovated (04/2022) and offers all you are looking for. It's ideally located on the "zeedijk" or "the dike" on the 7th floor (elevator is present!). Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to FERM HUS We're located in the middle of the city centre of Ostend, in a side street of the shoppingsreet 'Kappelestraat' & above the shop 'Ferm Homme'. I'ts surrounded by nice restaurants, bars, shopping area, supermarkets, Casino and our beautiful North Sea ofcourse. Ostend Central Station is located just 5 min away. The room has a private terrace, high speed wireless internet, TV & Netflix and is perfectly located. All the necessary is on site, sheets, towels, etc.

Experience the grandeur of Ostend by staying in one of the most beautiful apartments of the interwar period. The residence is the most beautiful example of modernist architecture of the late 1930s. Residence Marie-José is located in the most iconic location of Ostend, right opposite the famous Hotel Du Parc and a few steps from the sea.
