The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view is the absolute highlight. The rooms are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

Comfortable and cozy house with a quiet internal garden that offers a crazy view of the lake. It was a regenerating and relaxing stay.

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Spectacular scenery and beautifully designed property

Luisella and Fermo were PERFECT hosts! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guilia House. The house is so charming - it felt like such a privilege to stay there and experience the history and beauty of the home and village of Fiumelatte. We especially loved the garden area that Luisella is cultivating - the views in the evening are spectacular! The walk to Varenna is an easy one with amazing views of the lake, mountains, and villages along the shore. This rental is not for everyone, however. Folks with mobility issues or toddlers should be aware that the rooms are all on different floors and connected by a cement staircase in the center of the home. If this is not a concern, then you will be treated to an authentic 'old world' Italian experience. We adored Luisella and Fermo - what a kind and generous couple! We are SO grateful for their hospitality. They welcomed us as if we were family and we will cherish them as if they are ours.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. Check-in went very smoothly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Had a super good experience! Brand new apartment with fantastic views, delicious breakfast, good instructions and delicious bath with beautiful views. Super customer experience and the host goes that extra mile to make you feel at home and pamper you. If we had to mention a downside, it was the quality of the food ordered, this was a little less in quality. Keep it up!

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

It was a great stay in a very nice apartment with a very nice view and a very nice host. The place is quite small but has 2 small supermarkets, a great restaurant in the Filario Hotel and a jetty (about 25 min walk), so you can easily reach surrounding places like Bellagio, Varenna or Tremezzo without a car, because the narrow streets take some getting used to, especially if you have a large car.

We had a wonderful time at this place and can fully recommend it! The apartment was in excellent condition. Clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastically beautiful, quiet and perfectly suited for walks, excursions or simply to unwind. Check-in went smoothly, communication with the host was friendly and straightforward. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to have stayed longer. For those looking for a cozy, well-kept accommodation in a beautiful location: this is the perfect place!

We had a great time at this place! The apartment is superb, very clean, well decorated and perfectly equipped. It is conveniently located, surrounded by restaurants, bars and close to everything you need to fully enjoy the area. Parking is a real plus. A huge thank you to our host, a really nice, welcoming person, always available and attentive. She gave us some great tips for activities and places to discover nearby. I would 100% recommend, and I would not hesitate to come back if I return to the area!

Loved our stay! Our host was so lovely and helped make our stay special! She helped book our transport from MXP and an afternoon private boat tour! Was gracious and super helpful if we had any questions! Place was great, right along the Main Street, which got loud during the day, but quieted down pretty quickly in the evening. I stayed here while visiting Lake Como and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The place was beautiful, super comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Everything was smooth and easy, and it really felt like a little escape. Would 100% recommend.

Laura’s place was absolutely welcoming! It felt like a home away from home with everything that we needed. It was close to the ferries that allowed us to visit the middle lake Como towns and was minutes away from a great gelato place. We highly recommend her place if you want a peaceful apartment that’s away from the tourist crowds in Bellagio or Mennagio.

Very nice house, well-equipped. I recommend this house, which allows an easy departure for expeditions around Lake Como. You will be happy to come back and rest quietly for an evening in the garden. The most athletic can watch the sunset on a digestive walk above the cottage, joining the chapel that overlooks it. I would highly recommend this lovely home for your stay.
