Together with my girlfriend, we stayed in this beautiful apartment, clean, tidy, IMPECCABLE. We had a great time, Andreas is a fantastic person, nice, and also super helpful, he made us feel immediately as if we were at home, he gave us advice right away on what to visit and especially where to eat. If you like tranquility, peace and serenity, go there because it is really a quiet area. Strategic location has all the basic services nearby One thousand percent sure WE WILL RETURN

The host was sufficiently interested and quickly answered all our questions. The location of the house was good and you can reach the city by bus. The entrance and exit of the parking lot is quite comfortable. The house was exactly as described and everything was clean. My wife and I had a very comfortable 4 days. Thanks again for everything

The apartment, as described, is tidy and clean. Convenient and safe parking at the property. Convenient check-in and positive experience, same for check-out. There is a bus stop in front of the house to get to Florence, the only problem given the public transport and the schedules is that it takes about an hour to get to the center (I recommend getting around by car).

It was a lovely place. Cosy, clean & welcoming! Instructions were clear. Kitchen was amply fitted and the bathroom was neat and clean. It is a bit far from the city centre but a short walk to Le piagge train station from the property will take you to the city in under 15mins.

We had a great stay at Silvia’s home. There was plenty of space for our family of 10. There are some restaurants and stores in the neighborhood but they are mostly closed on Sunday. To get to the center of Florence you will need transportation. We easily Ubered. Overall we really enjoyed spending time in the backyard just drinking coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings
