中山道の宿場町贄川宿と奈良井宿の間に位置し、江戸時代から木曽漆器の産地として栄えた漆工町の歴史あるまちなみ。重要伝統的建造物群保存地区に選定され、現在も漆器店が並んでいるこの町に、1931年に立てられたのが、手塚家の一軒家「別荘」。正面玄関を境に和館と洋館に分かれ、当時の趣きを感じられます。現在はお食事なしの一日一組限定、一棟貸し切りにてご利用頂いています。平沢のもつ魅力は何気ない日々の美しさ、豊かさだと思います。読書、散歩、地酒（日本酒・ワイン）を頂く、ゆっくり寝て起きる、豆からコーヒーを淹れる、など古きよきこの街並みで暮らすように滞在して頂けたら嬉しいです。たくさんの方に木曽平沢、そして日々別荘を訪れて頂けますように。日常の様子はSNSでも発信をしているので覗いてみてください。山の谷間の古いお家ですので、暖かい季節になれば自然の生き物が入ってくることもあります。 92年の建物は細部までぴかぴかに磨き上げれている訳ではありません。できるだけ清潔にと思いお迎えの準備をさせて頂いておりますが、大きなお心でお越し頂けると幸いです。

We built this building as Annex of Yasuragiso(Traditional Japanese inn),thinking "We want you to thoroughly enjoy Mt.Fuji" and "We want you to spend a relaxing and private time". Next door is an old shrine and nature, which is very quiet. The lake can also be reached on foot. There are also several restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It's very convenient for sightseeing in Fuji Five Lakes. We have a free parking & Rental bicycles .

We have renovated a small wooden hut by woods. It stands on a plateau area over 1,000m elevation. When I was a child, my one of a dream was building my secret place like this by myself. And the dream had come true at last! I hope you remember your childhood memory and feel wooden warmth by handmade in beautiful nature. This is a best area for hiking in forests and visiting beautiful lakes. The hut is good size to stay for a couple and a family or single.

緑に囲まれたログハウスで、テラスからは八ヶ岳が見えます。富士見パノラマリゾートは車で5分。冬はスキーやスノーボード。夏は花の入笠山登山とマウンテンバイクを楽しめます。富士見高原リゾートへは車で15分。リスティングは子ども連れファミリーにぴったり。周囲に家はないのでとても静かで、朝は小鳥の声がにぎやかです。駅やスーパーマーケットからは距離があり、車は必須です。冬季は必ず冬用タイヤやタイヤチェーンを用意してください。エアコンは設置していませんのでご了承ください。扇風機はあります。近くに立寄り温泉があります。スーパーは車で10分くらい。たいていのものは揃います。寝具はベッドではなく布団です。5人めから追加料金が発生しますが8人まで泊まれます。追加人数のうち、2歳以下は無料です。3歳から小学生までは半額です。 12月から3月までの冬季は暖房費を加算した料金設定になっています。長野県条例に基づき、海外からのゲストの方ついてはパスポートをコピーさせていただきます（日本に住所のある方を除く）。
