Our home is about 6 blocks from Lake Huron and just minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, boat launches and more. Patti's Getaway is only: about 8 miles from Tawas Point State Park (good place to bird watch) , about 12 miles from Corsair Trails, about 15 miles form Iargo Springs and Lumbermen's Memorial, just to name a few places.

Enjoy the sunrise side of Lake Huron in this fresh and unique 1 bedroom, full size sleeper sofa, 1 bath house. Let the up north air release all your tension and give you peace of mind. after a 5 minute drive to Lake Huron, you can spend the day splashing in the waves or building sand castles. In the middle of downtown Oscoda! Stylish upstairs apartment right in the middle of all the action. Located above a local business, in the center of the social district, and only block and a half from the public beach. Right next door to several restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment. Apartment has a washer and dryer, full bathroom, Wi-Fi, 2 TV's with several popular apps like Netflix, and a full kitchen with everything but food and drinks. Best downtown location in Oscoda!

Please be courteous as this is a special piece of family property. Our place is close to outdoor activities, nature, 15-minute drive to local beaches. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors, location, relaxation & quiet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please take note of directions to home, sometimes GPS is incorrect. Also, special reminder of drinking water if wanted, as house has well water.
