Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Oscoda Township

Beyond words our stay at this amazing cottage was the best ever all around! Karen and Nick are fantastic hosts! Waking up to the amazing, beautiful view of Huron Lake was simply the most amazing first time experience for us! Everything you could possibly need is supplied. The cottage is the perfect blend of modern and rustic. The awesome fire pit, beautiful sightseeing of nature, great fishing, and so much more made this the perfect "Up North" experience. You will love it! We guarantee it! Thank you truly to Karen and Nick for making this an unforgettable vacation for my husband and I, but most of all being the best hosts experienced! We cannot wait to return again! Thank you for everything!

Our stay was perfect! We are so glad we found Matthew's place. He welcomed our furry friends giving us a safe place for them to stay and play. A fenced grassy yard, puppy blankets, and toys. I texted Matthew with a question and he called me within minutes. We will be staying here again and again!

I surprised my husband with this holiday cabin/cottage on the lake getaway. He loved it!..and so did I. With GPS...the home was easy to find...even in the evening time, after dark. The home is warm and cozy. Loved the cabin decor. Love that all the rooms are on one level ( except for the mud room...just one step off the kitchen). We enjoyed sitting out on the 3 season porch drinking coffee in the mornings. Just keep in mind if you're traveling in the winter months, the porch is not heated. We just kept the door off of the living room open so that the heat would circulate. With our robes on and our hot cup of coffee, we did just fine. The views of the lake was awesome once the snow melted. The kitchen was fully stock with appliances, seasonings and spices. Slept like a baby on the queen size bed. Ample amount of clean linens. Bathroom nice and clean. Nice restaurants and pizza spots around town. Dog friendly! Would love to visit again in the summer months. 100 STARS ✨!

We had a great stay at Tracy's cottage. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Being pet friendly was a huge bonus for us. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of spices and condiments. The beach is lovely and peaceful. . Tracy gave us some great recommendations of places to visit nearby which we enjoyed. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Mark's place is on a very beautiful piece of property that feels as private as can be expected for lakefront. The beach walk south can be taken for miles with some of the prettiest shoreline in all of Michigan. Mark's house is fully functional and well stocked. Having the use of the screened in porch helped spread out our group of six. The bonfire ring is situated very well on the beach for enjoying every minute possible on Lake Huron. We hope to return again.

Had a great weekend away with the family here. Perfect place to stay with numerous areas to explore nearby. Ice cream shop just down the road was also absolutely incredible!

Great stay in every way. lots of room for the 10 of us. The game room was a favorite place to hangout when we weren't on the beach. Beautiful moon rise on the lake. Great family get together where everyone put down their phones and enjoyed our time together.

My husband and I went there for our first wedding anniversary this past weekend and it was amazing! Everything was so clean and the view was beautiful 🥰

Jeffrey was a great and responsive host! The place was right near a lot of great restaurants and stores downtown Gaylord.

It was a great place to stay, very comfortable. I would like to get back in late spring or summer, the walk to the beach would be awesome.

tiffany rocks, super kind, checked on me, house was spotless, good for smaller dogs. comfy and cozy, plenty of sleeping space for 5. tiffany responded almost immediately every time. make sure to bring water to drink, none in fridge. great location to enjoy some peace in the woods and a day at the beach just across the street. if absolutely necessary you can walk from town. little distance but better then the alternative. have fun, thanks tiffany, see you soon.

Enjoyed our stay in Oscoda. The unit is newly renovated with updated furniture and fixtures in the bath and kitchen. The space is very inviting. The lake view was beautiful. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions. Rachel brought over extra blankets to insure we were comfortable. Great place for a short getaway for a count.

The house was beautiful and spacious! We fit 10 people easily, and comfortably. The neighborhood is nice and we walked downtown and to the beach each day. My one thought was I wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit due to all our dirty beach clothes. Highly recommend this house for family getaways!

This was in the perfect location. Right near town and the beach access. The house was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of activities to keep the kids & adults entertained. The kids said they wanted to stay there for forever & ever. It was magical!! Not to mention that king size bed gave me the best sleep I’ve had postpartum. You couldn’t ask for more :) The cabin was packed with everything you needed & more! Thank you so much !!

Beautiful secluded cabin. Haven’t heard whippoorwills sing in the evening like they do here. No traffic sounds, no neighbors, just peaceful quiet cabin. Very clean and well cared for.

The cabin was everything the add said and more. We were up for a off road weekend with nearby friends. The cabin couldn't have been more convenient for our needs. We didn't spend much time at the property other than for sleep and showers. We did cook a meal and everything was in the kitchen we could have ever needed. Checking in and out was simple and the host was very responsive.

It was a great cabin with full of things provide to do to spend the days away from home. Enough to do for days we didnt have plans to enjoy some cards around the open fire or enjoy some time in the hot tub, or have a friendly game of corn hole

Amazing house with gorgeous view would 100 percent go there again

We stayed just one night on our way back home from the UP. Cabin was peaceful and private and a good place to relax after hours of driving. Recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay that’s tucked back into the woods. Also we were fortunate to see a couple of bull elks while out back roading!!!

The cabin was as described and the host is very friendly. The area was quiet and we did see some deer in the back yard which was pretty cool. Our group had a great time and would love to stay again!
