Great location, easy to access most places in Osaka. The gym was great and the room was overall the perfect size. Planning to stay here again when in Osaka!

Great location. I know it’s a free service but the washing machine is very slow (like 2+ hours) and doesn’t dry well. Other than that, all good.

This was a great option for our family of 5! Very close to Sannomiya station so getting to and from our daily destination was perfect. There’s a 7-11 conbini right across the street which we visited often for breakfast and snacks. There’s also a small grocery store around the corner with great selection of bento lunches. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can try out the public bath nearby as well. The combo washer/dryer was wonderful because we didn’t want to pack too many clothes. The water pressure in the shower/bath was phenomenal! Overall very pleased with our stay! The neighborhood is older with some shuttered businesses around but it’s very safe and quiet.

Everything was perfect. Little apartment in a perfect neighborhood, really loved the quietness after a long walk around Osaka. Thank you! 🙏

Gray place very clean and great location. Highly recommended

The home is lovely and spacious, and we enjoyed spreading out after all of the cramped hotel rooms in Tokyo. Taxis had a difficult time finding the site, but it is very close to a train station, as another plus. If you are coming to Osaka for the World Expo or Universal Studios, be aware that your travel visa public transportation is approximately 1.5 hours each way to these sites. Bruce is very responsive and a wonderful host, and we felt welcomed during our enjoyable stay. As a family group, the house was perfect for our needs.

We stayed at this property for a week and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The location was ideal, tucked away just enough from the busy centre to enjoy peace and quiet, yet still conveniently close to public transport for easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The property itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. We were genuinely impressed with the thoughtful amenities provided. Our host had thought of absolutely everything. Most importantly, the host was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Warm, responsive, and genuinely caring, he made the whole experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. It's clear he takes great pride in providing a high-quality stay, and it really shows. Highly recommend this property. We’d love to return again one day!

Po was undoubtedly best AirBnb host I experienced till now. He was very friendly and was always there to help us around with any help. He guided us places to visit and eat around. Place was very well maintained and clean. Po even provided pick up and drop facility to station and new year breakfast was treat to have. I was great time we have spent in kyoto and awesome experience.

I had a wonderful stay at 於's place. It was a nice break from Osaka city and the location is conveniently between Osaka and Kyoto, so easy to get to either. The place is right next to the train station so there was no problem in getting to other locations very easily. In the area, there is a great historic shrine that was walkable distance and with a hiking trail also, and also a bamboo forest. Sewaritiei, a large park by the river is also just a half hour walk - The area itself is incredibly peaceful and calm, so great if you're looking for a quiet place to rest or work. The place is very beautiful and traditional with a garden, and the room spacious and very comfortable. 於 and her partner were very friendly and accommodating, and I would like to give a special thank you to them both for helping my friend also. They went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate their help! I would love to come back again and highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

AMAZING HOST AND LOCATION!! PO's Airbnb was extremely convenient being a stones throw away to toji Station and to Kyoto Station. He was extremely warm and welcoming always engaging us and making sure we are alright and comfortable! He also gave many recommendations and assisted us many times during our trip! It made my trip so much more pleasant and enjoyable! I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in kyoto!

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, traditional Japanese house that’s over 100 years old. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The place is quiet, peaceful, and exactly as described — a true moment of serenity away from the busy tourist spots. The charm of the old house, combined with comfort and authenticity, made it a memorable stay. On top of that, the value for money was excellent — much more reasonable than what you typically find in Kyoto. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Japanese experience in a unique and relaxing setting.

We appreciated the welcoming decor, cleanliness, roominess, and the close location of local eateries, stores, and train stations. Sean provided detailed information for our stay, instructions on how to get there and checking in, which helped to ease us on our first day. The posted pictures reflect his home and other areas. This home was a comfort after our long days, and we look forward to returning to Japan!
