Because you don’t have to change the train. ☆On the other hand if you go to Namba,Umeda like big city, you should take the train at Dobutsuen-mae station.

Great location. Lots to eat and shop. Commuting was very convenient. The building was clean and elevator was fast. The guesthouse was perfect for our family of 5. We will book her place again when we go back to Osaka

Sae was a wonderful host who was responsive and friendly to my questions and concerns. I asked if I could check in early the day before, and it was no issue for Sae (fee was required). Once we got to the room, clear instructions were provided to open the mailbox to get the room key. The room was nice and spacious with no signs of dust or dirt. The bathroom was clean and Sae provided essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, etc. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Sae provided an easy instructions guide for the room with emergency numbers and information provided. Overall, I had a great experience for the price and I would happily stay here again!

The place was lovely and wonderful, everything was great just the sound from road was a bit loud sometimes, but was bearable. Definitely will stay here again if I visit Osaka again.

Excellent location! Walkable to so many restaurants in the namba area and namba station is about a 4 minute walk away. There’s even a Lawson on the corner! We always really liked that there are sliding barn doors between the bedroom and kitchen area. It made it so my husband and I could put the kids to bed and sit in the kitchen or on the porch without interrupting their sleep. Also, the elevator in the building is super convenient. There was also storage at the entryway of the building where we kept our strollers so we had more space in the actual apartment for our other things. Would definitely come back again!

Access from Osaka Port was very good, the room was also clean, and there were card games and a Switch that a large number of people could enjoy, so it was great. It was really helpful because they were able to tell me immediately if I had any questions. If I had to say something, I thought it would be easier to get ready to go out in the morning if there were a few more mirrors! I want to use it again!

The house is more spacious than expected, a typical Japanese tatami room with modern bathroom, the host prepared a full set of kitchenware, washing machine and Wi-Fi, the host sent a detailed transportation guide in advance, prepared a large bottle of bottled water at check-in, very thoughtful, compared to hotels in the same area, the price is much more affordable, but you can enjoy the comfort of home.Especially recommended for family or friends traveling together, private and free. Amazing place to stay in the hearth of Namba. The appartment is the biggest we found so far with all amenities required for a nice stay. We were missing some glasses and our host brought them the following morning with some snack for kids. I definitely recommend !

Host was responsive. Place was so close to Kuromon Market and 7-eleven. there are some restaurants nearby as well. Room was spacious enough for 5 people. Even the bathroom is spacious. Room was clean and homey too. thank you!
