Villa vacation rentals in Osa

I have no words to describe the hospitality, honesty, care and support that we have received from Giovanni and Tracy. From the moment I have considered this place for our family of 4 ( 2 little kids, 2 adults), they were so active and responsive to all our queries before we even booked it and afterwards throughout our stay. The place is a real dream, it’s really a comfortable house surrounded by pristine nature that a young family could wish for a getaway and nature exposure. I think it’s also one of the few such places with air con and a swimming pool on the osa peninsula. Close enough to the town but still wild and pristine, to completely unwind and emerse in nature and tranquility. We spent every morning or evening at the beach, which is just 3 min walk away. We were often there alone, just us, sand, waves and macaws. Just hook the place and trust Giovanni and Tracy to sort you out with all the activities. They have the best contacts. I can not thank them enough!

Tiene una ubicación muy buena para la zona, cerca de Uvita y de Dominical. El hospedaje cómodo, lindo y limpio! Mucha paz en el lugar. Y Karol es una gran anfitriona! Nos aconsejó actividades y respondió rápido!

This little casita was a gem, great for the two of us for a couple of days at the beach. It was super clean, and the A/C was top notch. (Sometimes it's difficult in CR to find well-functioning A/C in rentals.) Cindy was responsive when there was a little problem with the coffee pot--she always responded to messages within minutes!!! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils. Although it's compact (IMO a little small for 4 people if they are hanging out inside the unit other than sleeping) it was perfect for 2 with each having separate bedrooms. The pool and outdoor shower were great. Since I "tiene muchos anos" (am old) it wasn't so walkable to the beach but a 4-minute drive got us there. I highly recommend this casita and plan to return. A good value.

Casa práctica para ir en familia, buena distribución y una cocina que te invita a usarla... Zona privada, adónde se respira paz y tranquilidad rodeado de arboles y animales. Lo recomiendo al 100% si vas con la mentalidad de conectarse con la naturaleza y descansar. Tomen en cuenta que al estar en una zona boscosa hay mucho insecto, no obstante, es lo normal en la zona. Esperamos regresar el próximo año.

Casa molto bella, in ottime condizioni. Arredo moderno e funzionale. Siamo stati molto bene. Vicino al parco Marino Ballena.

We had an incredible one week stay! The villa was comfortable and clean and the view was priceless. We spent our mornings doing yoga on the deck and bird watching. We saw a lot of wildlife from the deck including toucans, iguanas and monkeys. We visited the local waterfall which was refreshing and also used this villa as a launch point for Nauyaca falls, Manuel Antonio park and surfing at Dominicalito. A perfect place to stay for our Costa Rica adventure. Pura Vida!

We had a wonderful stay over New Year. David was responsive, gave clear instructions on how to get to the property and his lovely housekeeper met us. The setting is peaceful with wonderful views over the Pacific / numerous birds to watch and two beaches within a 5 minute walk from the property which were safe to swim and watch the sunsets. Our 3 children loved the pool. Would recommend to anyone wanting to travel near Uvita as less touristy area and felt like real Costa Rica. There are also good restaurants and waterfalls to visit in Uvita and my daughter and I went horse riding on the beach which was deserted so great to canter on. A wonderful stay.

I have stayed in dozens of Airbnbs around the world and this one was absolutely immaculate and quite possibly my favorite. The property itself has been curated with deep intention and an artistic eye. It was the first time I have ever stayed in an Airbnb that truly exceeded the expectations portrayed in the already beautiful photos. The views are some of the best I’ve ever seen, the house is stunning and impressive and brought together with a truly designer flair to it. Every detail was thoughtful and of quality. Pascal and Virginie were wonderful hosts and the home cooked breakfast they offer is phenomenal and as gorgeously prepared with the same attention to detail that the property boasts. I will be retuning and recommending this property to friends as family as well!

Absolutely beautiful place. Paradise Pictures don’t do it justice. Sitting on the patio having coffee every morning listening to the sounds of the rainforest is a truly incredible experience. Everything you need is here. There’s a small marketplace and 2 spectacular restaurants about 500meters up the hill. You can walk to them but you better be in great shape. I would recommend driving. Also highly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicle.

My family absolutely loved Casa Beanie. We really appreciated how nice the host were anytime I communicated with them. I loved the fact there is a book for you with local reccomendations, such as eateries and activities. Our favorite place to eat was los Laurelies if I spelled it correctly. The food was tremendous and had to go back. The home itself was awesome, very modern and clean. The area is quite and private. My son really enjoyed the pool which is absolutely beautiful. We had an awesome time in UVITA. You will not come across more friendlier people. Some of the nicest and helpful people I've ever met. I definitely reccomended this place to stay and wouldn't hesitate staying again. Some local activities we did was horseback riding, Whales tails beach, Uvita Waterfall, and Naycauna waterfalls. The waterfalls are absolutely breath taking.

We've rented a lot of whole house AirBnB's and vacation homes over the years and lots have been lovely, but this was one of the best stays we've ever had. The property is exquisite. The setting is private and beautiful, with views out to the ocean through the canopy. The build quality, attention to detail and material selection were so tastefully done, we especially loved the balinese style pool with zero edge volcanic surround and unfinished stone bottom. The location is perfect, half way between Dominical and Uvita, so you can access both easily and the parks are a short drive away. There are a couple of great restaurants and a little market within walking distance that we frequented. The concierge, cleaning people and private chefs really set the experience apart. All were incredibly professional and made our stay 5 star. Managing something like this in such a remote place is challenging and Giovanna and her team have gone above and beyond. Book it. It's the only place to stay.

Our stay was magical. The house absolutely exceeded expectations from the minute we arrived. The view was spectacular, the pool was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the decor was comfortable and inviting. A 10 out of 10!

This home is absolutely magical! Perched atop a mountain, it offers sweeping panoramic views of the ocean and the iconic Whale’s Tail beach—truly one of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever seen. Surrounded by treetops, we were treated to daily visits from howler monkeys, toucans, and other vibrant bird species, making the experience feel like a luxury treehouse retreat. The house itself is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The negative edge pool is a showstopper—floating there while taking in the endless ocean view was unforgettable. What truly sets this property apart is the host. Incredibly helpful and attentive, he provided concierge-level service, arranging our transportation to and from the airport, a rental car delivered right to the house, and even a private chef who cooked us some amazing meals. We could not have asked for more a better experience.

Puruvita property is better described as a small hotel, it has a few buildings with a bunch of rooms all uniquely setup. It was easy to check-in, get settled and all amenities met our expectations. The large kitchen and the ability to spread out was very useful for our large group. Will definitely be checking availability in the future if we make another visit to Uvita with a group.

We spontaneously booked a last minute trip and had an amazing week here! We arrived just as the sun was setting over the Pacific beyond the treetops where howler monkeys and toucans greeted us with their calls. It was exactly what we were looking for - a lovely secluded spot nestled in the jungle near the coast. Communication and instructions were all very clear and proactive, and particularly accommodating given our last minute booking! We are already hoping to return again! And the trail in the backyard to the waterfall is simply an epic feature to have. As a biologist and a photographer who has been traveling to Costa Rica for 20 years, it was just perfect.

El lugar es excelente para desconectarse y pasar tranquilo. Literalmente se está en la montaña con la naturaleza alrededor. La villa estaba super limpia, muy cómoda con todo lo necesario y más para la estadía. De verdad me sorprendió mucho la comodidad del lugar y lo cuidado que está. Todo muy bien, la piscina, la lavandería y en general las zonas comunes excelentes. La verdad pasamos días muy buenos con toda la familia. El anfitrión es muy atento y está al pendiente de lo que se requiera. Cosas a tener en cuenta si planean visitar el lugar: Se requiere un auto 4x4 porque las pendientes son muy inclinadas. Revisar y llevar todo lo necesario pues el lugar es solo y si hace falta algo de comida, medicina o algo que usualmente uno pudiera conseguir en un supermercado, pues hay que invertir unos 20 - 25 min para salir del lugar. Según sean mis expectativas y lo que buscaba, el sitio tiene un 10/10 Muchas gracias.

The most gorgeous place! Trees visibly filled with white faced monkeys, scarlet macaws. Howler monkeys in the area but hard to spot. Perfect pool. 10/10

Great deal. Can fully recommend. Sylvie was super responsive and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay a lot. 100% private, beautiful garden and view. Got even visited by some mobkeys for our last breakfast. Saw tucans, and many other birds that sang us songs every morning. Only thing we didnt like was the smell of the old wooden cabinets, but you get used to it. Everything else was perfect. Sylvie even let us come early and check-out late. 100% recommendation.

What a great place to make great memories with your loved ones. Location is fabulous. House is spacious. Pool and tree net are incredible.

Passing through Costa Rica and was looking for isolated quiet place to stay above town of Ojochal for some well deserved rest and relaxation. This home was at end of a road which had no one around for a long ways which was perfect for me. Great scenery off back patio and pool area, and a lot of birds and including interesting local animals such as coatimundi’s that visited daily. I slept in 2nd level bedroom which had comfortable bed and great morning and evening sunset views. Cindy was great host with very prompt and informative communication before, during, and after my long stay of 11 nights. In addition Andy the property manager was awesome, he met me at the home for checkin and provided all the detailed info about the house and the area, couldn’t have asked for anything better. He always provided me quick responses to any questions and even had to correct a few minor home issues during my stay in an expeditious manner. So very nice place to stay if you’re looking in this area.

Martina and the place were absolutely spectacular. Upon arrival, you are taken away to another place with the lush jungle, amazing landscaping, and beautiful views overlooking the Uvita Whale’s Tail below. The property and house are perfect and the location is great as well as you are a less than 10 minute from the town of Uvita with lots of great restaurants & amenities. Can’t wait to come back at is it absolute paradise!

Nos encantó la propiedad, la casa es muy cómoda , está muy ordenado y limpio, además tenía todo lo necesario para estar como en casa. Es pet friendly, muy seguro para mis pequeños perritos Tiene una piscina muy agradable Y una excelente localización. Ignacio el anfitrión, muy amable y atento.
