Fabulous location and amazing apartment. Great kitchen with a dish washer. Great clothes washer. Across the street from a park and next to the river walk. Great for a dog. Only a tree-lined street away from the center of old town. We absolutely loved our stay.

Absolutely spectacular in every way! Francesca is a wonderful host and gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and even made us a dinner reservation at one of her favorite places in Bolzano called Bogen. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping. ‘Scent of Pines’ is definitely at the top of list of our best stays ever. We will definitely return one day. Albano and his wife were such lovely hosts with the most warm welcome. Such a beautiful and pristine property with a great view! Not overly walkable however, and in hindsight not the best base location wise for our trip to the Dolomites. We wished we were on the other side of Bolzano as the drives were a bit long and windy. Some cooling in the bedroom would have been lovely, as both of us as couples felt quite stuffy and hot, but weren’t able to open the windows overnight due to rain and bugs. The heating for the wintertime looks very well set up! The fireplace was lovely. Great property overall, and very very clean! Thanks Albano 🤩
