The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

Eine große Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Badezimmer, Balkon und Garten sind vorhanden. Von unserem Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Weinberge und Wälder der Region. Schöne Ferienwohnung in Freiburg

Willkommen in meiner Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist ruhig und etwa 200m vom Dietenbachsee gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auch etwa 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn kommt man gut vom Hauptbahnhof zur Ferienwohnung. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit viel Licht. Nach Absprache kann ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ich wohne direkt unter der Wohnung und stehe für Fragen bereit.

The access to the Hohwart streetcar station (3min walk) and the private outdoor jacuzzi on the first floor accessible from 8am to 8pm. Warm style decoration, flat located on the second floor of a quiet house. 220 meters from the streetcar (line A and E) and all amenities (shops, bank, hairdresser, restaurant, etc...)

A l'étage : 1 chambre avec 1 lit double (180) et 1 lit simple, 1 chambre familiale avec 1 lit double (160) et une pièce attenante séparée par un rideau avec 1 lit superposé et un lit double (140), 1 chambre avec 1 lit double (140) et 1 lit simple, 1 salle d’eau avec douche à l’italienne et 1 WC. Animaux non acceptés.
