Huset ligger högst upp i Hovenäset med en fantastisk utsikt utöver havet, stor altan med sol från tidig morgon till sen eftermiddag och ett inglasat uterum för kvällen eller skydd för solen. Många härliga vandringsleder i området. Fantastiskt fin omgivning och natur. Sotenäs Golfbana och flera restauranger i närområdet.

100 meter till hav och bad i lilla fiskeläget Väjern. Havsutsikt från balkongen med fantastisk utsikt. 2-3 km promenad till Kungshamn och Smögen via fina motionsspår eller längs kustvägen. Busshållplats utanför dörren men också gång- och cykelbana. Badhus med gym om vädret är lite sämre tvärs över gatan. Båt- och kajakuthyrning också det tvärs över gatan. Golf, tennis, padel, wakeboard, vandringsleder och mycket annat inom tio minuters avstånd.

Can you translate this into Swedish? Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed.
