Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Relax on the large terrace with a magical sunset or take a short walk to the jetty for an evening swim. Close to central Stenungsund with restaurants, cafés, and shopping. Perfect location for discovering Orust, Tjörn, and Bohuslän's beautiful coastline and attractions.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Cozy cottage - close to swimming & MTB trails

Welcome to an accommodation close to nature with proximity to a rock pool and nice hiking and mountain biking trails. This cottage was converted in 2025 from a trailer home to a small cozy cottage that is perfect for two to three people. Outdoor shower secluded in the back, with a view of the forest. There is the possibility to sit and eat both inside and outside. There is a charcoal grill, and the possibility to smoke fish or meat. For those of you with bicycles, there is a possibility to rinse the bicycles if the trails are muddy.

Rörvik Östergård

Enjoy the sea view in this rural and quiet accommodation with a natural plot and 50 meters to the sea. The house has a large terrace with proximity to swimming at the jetty and small beach. Also close to hiking trails, climbing on Skyggeberg, the nature reserve Bua hed and the ferry to Bohus Malmön with its restaurants and beautiful swimming areas. In a maximum of 15 minutes by car, you can reach Kungshamn and Smögen, Nordens ark, Sotenäs GK, Kustcharken with locally produced food and restaurant.

Newly built tiny house near Hunnebostrand

Newly-built tiny house - the perfect place to stay if you want to have access to a place to stay that's out of the ordinary! The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Despite its small size, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a 140 cm bed. Outside, there is also a private balcony, a private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravel patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

The apartment is perfect for two adults. Close to swimming areas, hiking trails and running loops. Kungshamn and Smögen with restaurants and shops are within cycling distance.
