We are close to many foothill attractions (historical museums/landmarks/boutique shopping/theaters/music) and wine tasting/culinary delights to please the foodies. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, just one block from Main Street. Enjoy a nice morning stroll to the Saturday Farmers Market which runs year around. Run, bike or hike in one of the largest municipal parks in the nation, Bidwell Park. There is no need to find a parking space when you want to enjoy a night out on the town, just step outside your front door. Within walking distance to Chico State University and The Senator Theater.

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.

One bedroom has a queen bed with 55" TV. the other bedroom has a double bed with a 55" TV. This house has a large custom kitchen with granite counters and all stainless steel appliances. The garage has polished concrete floors with a 70" TV along with arcade games and a beverage fridge.
