Townhome vacation rentals in Orlando

Great location in close proximity to Disney. James was very responsive to all messages and took care to make sure there was enough communication leading up to our stay and that we didn’t have any questions or concerns.

Very comfortable and spacious place for our family of 8 which included 2 young kids. Close to shops, restaurants and Universal. The pool area is great! We loved our stay in this house and would highly recommend.

We loved the house! Very homey and convenient. We didn’t have a car so we didn’t drive or walk the property much but pool was very close. The kids loved it. We took an uber daily to Disney. Nice it was a gated community, felt safe. Would definitely book again.

We spent two weeks at Disney parks and this place was an excellent choice for our family of 3. We were close enough to take breaks during the hottest parts of the day. Andrea's place was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the amenities provided and clear instructions for check in/out. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent host!!

This was our second stay at Jon’s Villa and it did not disappoint! Best location in the resort! Very well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Stella and Gordon’s place was just what we needed for our trip to Orlando. It was easy to get to the areas we needed (Convention Center, Universal, The Pointe, etc..) and close to places to eat and Old Town. But, tucked away to forget about the all of the Orlando traffic! The pool was very clean and easy to get to. We enjoyed the poolside snacks and drinks! Stella and Gordon were great hosts and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

We had a blissful two weeks at Tim’s place. The house is beautiful (exactly like the pictures) and has great amenities and many extras that we have not had before in rental properties. In particular the coffee bar merits a special mention and the supply of laundry products and dish detergent were an added bonus (we have previously taken these with us or had to buy). The pool is literally on the back doorstep, and (although communal) we frequently found we were the only folks there-particularly in the mornings- so it felt like our own! It is heated, and big enough for a ‘proper’ swim which we took full advantage of. Tim was always on hand and responded quickly to messages, although we did not experience any problems during our stay. I would throughly recommend this property and we will certainly return in the future.

Shane and his team were great. There were two things I had reached out about (minor) and he offered to help right away, and response time is very quick. Shane is so kind, and works hard to make sure you are completely satisfied. We enjoyed our stay here, and would love to come back next year :-) The home is located across from the resort which was awesome and walking distance to stores/ice cream/ and pizza place. I highly recommend Shane and his team, and this home. Everything and more is provided for you! The kids really enjoyed the themed rooms and the fun pool toys! Thank you so much for being such a great host!

Lovely place to stay and Ronald is a great host, there was no kettle when we got there and Ronald had one delivered for us the next morning. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Great place if you have kid's, lots of stores, restaurants and activities/amenities. If you have a PHEV there are about 3-4 designated spots to charge your vehicle. Not sure if the charging stations are compatible with all PHEV but mine uses a J1772 adapter. The Waterpark/pool/and mostly all activities are literally a 2-3 minute walk. I will definitely stay here again, if available. If this exact townhouse is not available definitely find a place within this community cause there is literally some much do I feel we missed out on some stuff. Jorge place was spotless, smells fresh and clean, easy to check in/out absolutely zero issues during staying and definitely meets expectations for what you will be looking for.

Recomendo muito essa habitação! Nos sentimos em casa, com certeza voltaremos em outra oportunidade! Observação: tive um problema com Amazon que demorou na entrega de uma compra que acabei não conseguindo receber e os anfitriões foram muito solícitos e nos ajudaram com isso tbm!

This place was so wonderful! The Disney themed appliances were so fun and we enjoyed making waffles each morning. The house was great to spend a week with my husband, two daughters and mom. When considering another trip to Orlando, I would definitely rebook!

It’s hard to find an Airbnb that is truly KID FRIENDLY with hosts who are truly about families and the magic behind Disney/ universal and this place was just that. From the smallest of details to the adult rooms it was absolutely everything we had hoped for our first big adventure with the kids to Universal Studios. I cannot wait to come back with the kids in the future. This home is perfect! The hosts are absolutely the best, and the memories we made will last a lifetime.

We have stayed in many places and by far Dave’s place was the best. If I could give it a 10 I would the decor was on point just right for our Disney trip the place was very spacious and very clean the location is close to stores and the park Dave made sure our stay was special and if we needed anything he was quick to respond I can’t wait to come again and stay you won’t be disappointed.

I would give Michael a 6-star review if I could!! My family and I had a wonderful time here! Plenty of space for a family of 4, very safe and secure location, and plenty to do in the immediate area (including playgrounds and a waterpark for kids). The house was precisely as described, and there were a lot of other convenient/safety features, too - such as labeled light switches, plenty of fire extinguishers, a back door alarm for the pool (in case the toddlers tried going for an unsupervised swim), and unique codes for the front door lock. Complimentary strollers and children's pool toys were also very well-appreciacted commodities! Michael was very communicative throughout our stay and made everything between check-in and check-out very easy. I had orginally joked that the kids wouldn't want to leave after the first night, but it turned out I was the one who wanted to stay longer! I would highly recommended Michael's AirBnB to anyone staying in the area or just passing through!

I was in Orlando for a convention and this place was perfect. I truly wish I could’ve experience more of the amenities they had to offer. But I was so busy with the convention and tired when I got back. The place puts you right to sleep because it feels like home away from home. I’ll definitely be booking with them again when I have a small group. Melissa & Joe made sure they had no room for error with messages informing me about everything there is to do around in the area. Also to making sure there place was tidy. I can keep going on and on yet the point is there place was great and so were they.

Very clean. Excellent location right next to Old Town. If you came for the major theme parks, don’t skip over Old Town. Super fun 60s vibe with rides, shops, games, and classic car cruises every Saturday. I was amazed at all the wildlife we saw right there on the property. An entire herd of 8 deer were walking right through the area. Very peaceful surroundings. Nice property with a pool, gym, market, and sports bar. Very close to Disney.

This was a wonderful stay. The location was amazing! I appreciated being so close to the theme parks and other needs for the stay, such as stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The townhome is beautiful and very clean! The instructions were super clear, which made everything easy to figure out. It would’ve been nice to have a little more check-in or communication during the stay, just to feel a bit more connected—but overall, things went really smoothly! I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to this area!
