The garden leads to it's own Beach, perfect for paddle-boarding, beach- combing and swimming. The land includes a woodland area, wild flowers and river frontage all within 6 acres. Wild life includes: Orca's, Otters, Hen Harriers, Sea Eagles, Seals + many sea birds. On clear nights stars adorn the heavens.

The bothy is a beautiful newly converted farm building located on the east mainland of Orkney. The property is in the countryside, surrounded by farmland and just along the road from one of several wonderful beaches in Deerness. Should you need any items for a baby like a carrier (any age), seat, snuzpod, cot/ cotbed, highchair, etc. Please let us know prior to your arrival, along with the age of the baby/toddler. We also have a 4 bedroom house next door should you need a bigger accommodation

Langwell Bothy has two rooms with vestibule entrance where modest coffee/tea bar is set up. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and small refrigerator, including a sink, NO COOKER. Main bedroom has view over to Hoy island. The second room has a double bed/couch. (If 2 guests & need 2 beds, please message this) There is a shower room/toilet/sink (wet room) accessible only from the second room. The second room has two views over looking the main house garden and views towards Stromness.

North Walls Kirk, situated on the picturesque island of Hoy, has been lovingly renovated to provide an extensive and unique self-catering property. Work has been done with minimum conflict to its original purpose and with the retention of many of the original features. The spectacular gothic arched windows mean that the space is bathed in light of a particular quality giving an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. A 20-minute steady walk will take you to the play park, pool and gym. The cabin's private entrance is located on a quiet track leading to a pebbly beach.

On the outskirts of the historic town of Stromness in the West Mainland of Orkney, this single-story barn conversion has one bedroom, an open-plan living/dining/kitchen space, and a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. All on one level, the property is wheelchair accessible throughout. It has stunning views across Hoy Sound and out to the open Atlantic. Parking is available right outside, but if you visit without a car, regular buses from Stromness go to all areas of Orkney.

Bedding and towels supplied in an open-plan bedsit with kitchen the cooker is a mini table top cooker 2 hot plates and small oven also a microwave. Wetroom shower and toilet. There is no TV.
