Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Oriole Beach

There were just 2 of us on this trip, but plenty of room for extended family. We would stay again if in the area.

This home was so comfortable for me and my family! Basic essentials were available, very clean, and plenty of space for everyone to have a great time. Great place to make some memories!

We will be back! We had a great stay. Clean, comfortable and perfect location for our needs. Host was very responsive and accommodating to special requests.

We did have a hiccup at check-in but overall had a wonderful stay! Jared was wonderful and responsive for any questions or needs that we had while we stayed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very nice!

Great trip to Pensacola, would stay with Steve again. The house was great and the pool was awesome. Only drawback is having to shut down at 10PM. would have like to stay up with the kids until midnight.

We can’t say enough good things about LEISURE AWAITS!! The house was so warm and welcoming! We felt right at home for the entire trip! It was decorated beautifully and had lots of amenities! The master bathroom looked like it belonged in a 5-Star spa! The double shower was amazing! The patio was gorgeous as well! With a nice fire pit and decorative lighting! And lastly, the kids enjoyed the game setup in the garage!! We also used some of the beach stuff like umbrella, sand castle toys, chairs, etc. That was very convenient having that on hand! Such a thoughtful setup! I’m saving this listing because we WILL be staying here again in the future if it’s available!! Thanks again for opening your home to my family! The place is beautiful. Love the floor plan. Very nice furniture and kitchen appliances. We didn’t spend a lot of time around the place because we have family in the area. For the price I wish we would have spent more time in the house. Didn’t have any issues finding the house or getting inside. I had no reason to contact the host for anything. My experience was good. Would definitely go back.

We were overall really impressed. There is only one thing I would change. All of the beds were comfortable EXCEPT THE KING. Time for a new king mattress or just add a 4” memory foam. Other than that it was absolutely amazing. Crystal was sweet and we enjoyed her company and the tour to show us how everything worked. Thanks for the extra paper towels and Wow, no one ever gives free laundry soap. Bathroom showers even had shampoo conditioner body wash in dispensers. Free Qtips! I could have left half the stuff I packed at home. The toys and noodles were a hit with the grands. The humongous mirror made the living room TV visible from anywhere! It was Way Cool! We will definitely be back!!! Thanks so much.

If you’re craving something rustic, private, and totally out of the ordinary—this place delivers. Tucked away from the noise, it felt like our own secret hideout. Think warm wood tones, cozy charm, and industrial. The space had character in every corner, from vintage touches to unique art and furniture, and yet all the modern comforts were right there when we needed them. It was the kind of place that slows you down in the best way. Walking distance from the nightlife on Palafox, but far enough away to be away from crowds. If you’re looking for a stay that feels like a hidden gem, this is it!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

We had a wonderful experience. The location was nice, it had a beautiful view of the beach, and it was clean. All of the little details, including the snacks and vinyl collection, were appreciated as well. Benton also let us check in a couple of hours early which was very convenient for us.

My wife wants to return on our next trip to Pensacola. That’s all that needs to be said!

This is our second time staying at one of Gary’s properties and it did not disappoint. Beautiful interior, all the amenities that you would need and only a short drive to the beach. Perfect for vacation :)

Tony had a wonderful property manager to communicate with during our stay. Cynthia was super responsive, friendly & helpful. the kitchen had EVERYTHING our large family needed. The luxury roll our beds were perfect for our use and thr beachfront patio hot tub was a favorite among us. Breakfast in the resort was accessible to owners only- not weekly renters so that was a bummer but outside Tony's control. We had a beautiful BEAUTIFUL luxury stay here.
