The name "My Home" was chosen by the owners, Alessandro-Iris and Diego, to make each guest feel at "Casa Propria". "My Home" is a bright, unique and independent house of 60m2 completely fenced with private open space which includes a beautiful equipped garden and parking. Recently completely renovated, comfortable and welcoming, it is located in the heart of Borbiago di Mira, a quiet and safe town a stone's throw from the beautiful and renowned Brenta Riviera. It is easily reachable from the A4 Milan-Venice motorway thanks to the Mira/Oriago exit. "My Home" is an excellent starting point for visiting the wonderful Venetian Villas, the cities of Padua, Treviso and Verona without forgetting the beautiful and unforgettable Venice, which can be reached in less than 20 minutes by train, thanks to the nearby station Mira-Mirano, which is 3 km from the house with free parking or by bus thanks to the very convenient stop reachable on foot with a pedestrian path of about 1.5 km. In an hour's drive you can reach Lake Garda and its fantastic amusement parks (Gardaland and Movieland), the Zoo-Safari and the garden parks of Sigurtà or Baia delle Sirene. The beaches of Jesolo and Sottomarina are also very convenient to reach. The house is fully equipped and air conditioned and is composed as follows: Living room/kitchen (with sofa bed), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds and a bathroom equipped with shower. Bed, kitchen and bathroom linen are included in the price. A stone's throw from the apartment you can find numerous shops, including a bakery, a newsagent, a bar, a pastry shop, a very convenient take-away pizzeria and ice cream shop, and an important pharmacy/herbalist's shop. And finally, two renowned and highly recommended restaurants with fish-based menus: "L'Isola Rossa" and "La Perla Rosa". Our Church, a spiritual pilgrimage destination, is also worth a visit: the "Sanctuary of the Madonna of the Annunciation". The apartment is located between the city center and the train station, in a quiet area.Convenient transportation. The train station and bus station are within walking distance. It takes only 10 minutes by car to the historic center of Venice, and the bus station is only a 4-minute walk away.The surroundings of the apartment are fully equipped: bars, supermarkets, tobacco shops, red wineries, pharmacies, etc.If taking the airport bus, get off at via corso del popolo station and walk 4 minutes to our apartment. Our bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities. The house is about 80 square meters with two air conditioners and heating in winter. Guests report that their stay was very comfortable!

San Lorenzo Canal View

Luxury apartment with a private balcony and a beautiful view, a short walk from St. Mark's Square. One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!
