The house is located in the scenic residential area Ekeby-Almby, about 8 km east of Örebro. Close to lake Hjälmaren, nature reserve and beautiful walking paths. Rented out to non smokers only.

Here you live in a modern newly built guest house of about 30 sqm + loft - a paradise on earth. Located in a small village by Hjälmaren - about 5 minutes' walk to the beach. There is a smaller private deck overlooking the forest and a large common deck with access to a shared pool, wood-fired hot tub, gas grill and wood-fired fireplace. The large house can also be rented.
