Here in the south of Örebro, you and the whole family live close to both Gustavsvik and the city on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. In the apartment, there is a 160 cm double bed and a 140 cm sofa bed to comfortably sleep four people. An extra bed is also available if you don't want to be crowded. An equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer makes it possible to self-cater if you want, and in the spacious bathroom there is a toilet and shower corner with ceiling shower. WiFi is also available in the apartment, and bed linens and towels are included.

Electric car chargers are available at extra cost. About a 15-minute walk to the station and just under 2 km to the city center. 200 meters to the nearest bus stop. Here you can experience the silence and take a break from life. Close to nature and swimming. In the house, there is an electric sauna and access to a spa bath outside. At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

Tiny house in a very quiet residential area with about 15 min walking distance to Örebro city center. Privacy-protected patio. Ac available for warm days! Key safe for smooth check-in. The municipality has recently introduced paid parking in the area. This unique place is located next to the edge of the forest but still close to shops and good public transportation, decorated with care and thoughtfulness. Enjoy the warm sauna with views over the forest, cool off outside on the large front porch surrounded by the peace and quiet of the forest. Who knows, maybe a deer or other wild animal will peek out between the trunks of the trees. Then fall asleep well surrounded by a calm and pleasant atmosphere, wake up alert, rested and curious about the new day's discoveries
