Laura and Alessandro's studio apartment is perfect as a base for touring the Argentario. It is located in the center of Orbetello and getting around by scooter we were minutes away from the area's main beaches and attractions. The apartment is small and functional, and, as you can see perfectly in the photos, all spaces are used to the fullest and everything is designed to be at home. The area is very quiet and if I had to return to Orbetello I would definitely stay with Laura. Very kind host, punctual in their responses and accurate. Thank you for your hospitality!

the studio is really very spacious! Large, huge bathroom! Silence and privacy set this location apart. In the middle of the greenery but very close to Orbetello. Giuliano was very kind and always reachable by phone and very available to solve any problem. In my opinion, the only negative note is a poorly equipped kitchen with regard to the pots and curtains that are not very dark. We will definitely be back!

The kitchen features a modern design with a marble countertop and sleek cabinetry in grey. Open shelving displays a variety of kitchenware. A chandelier provides ambient lighting, and a wall with decorative tiles adds character to the space. Appliances include a stove and an espresso machine.

We had a fantastic time staying at this apartment just outside of the walls of Orbetello historic center (and a less than 10 minute walk into town). The apartment was very spacious with two big bedrooms and a tastefully decorated common area (living room and dining area) with a gorgeous view of the lagoon. The apartment also had two full bathrooms with shower, ideal for two couples or a large family to share for a longer stay. We really appreciated that they bought a new cot for our 4 month old to sleep in during the trip. We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels and bed linens for us to use. The location was great too, a quieter neighborhood next to a big hotel surrounded by shops, a short walk to the center and near a very nice seafood restaurant called I Pescatori. The only negative was that it’s a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator so with a baby it’s not that easy. But I’d definitely book again!

Studio apartment in the central area of Capalbio Scalo. Clean, tidy, and very functional. Attention to detail and cleanliness. Well-stocked and comfortable bathroom. The only small suggestion is to equip the bedside tables with two lamps, also for reading and not just for presence light.

A spacious living area is depicted, featuring large sliding glass doors that open to a verdant garden. Soft, sheer curtains frame the view, allowing natural light to filter in. Outside, well-maintained greenery stretches into the distance, presenting a serene and inviting atmosphere.

Laura proved to be a very attentive and kind host. Available for any clarification request and any need for intervention. We had a small problem with the keys to the external gate, which was promptly resolved. He provided all the necessary information for entering the house and activities in the surrounding area. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay... just what we were looking for!

We spent our babymoon in Orbetello and really enjoyed the relaxing days. The apartment is really cosy and has all the relevant equipment. We especially loved the stunning view from the terrace. The owners are very friendly and great hosts. We will definitely be back. :)
