The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

Beautiful apartment, it was bright, modern and still with a very cozy feeling. The location in Porto Ercole could not be any better. We appreciated the private parking possibility as well since the area is quite busy. Everything was perfect and we would love to come back again.

Kerstin è un host fantastica, super disponibile, ospitale e gentilissima. Il suo alloggio davvero formidabile, centralissimo, comodo da raggiungere, parcheggi gratuiti a due passi. La luce che inonda l’appartamento e la tranquillità della zona sono magnifiche. Ci viene voglia di ripartire subito e trascorrere un altro weekend a Tuscania. Torneremo presto 💜

Der Aufenthalt bei Marco ist wirklich zu empfehlen! Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber zentral. Es ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Marco war total nett und unkompliziert. Er hat uns sogar bei der Ankunft von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Mein Freund und ich wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir durften verschiedenste Kräuter und Gemüse aus dem Hofgarten nutzen. Wir haben frische Eier bekommen und Hauseigenes Olivenöl. Wir durften auch den Wein probieren und haben direkt ein paar Flaschen gekauft. Die drei Hofhunde sind zuckersüss und wir haben Sie ins Herz geschlossen. Wir durften die Fahrräder nutzen und Edoardo hat uns den Weg zum Park gezeigt. Alles in allem ist das Agriturismo sehr empfehlenswert und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Danke!

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione. I punti di forza sono la vicinanza al centro e a tutti i servizi, il parcheggio non a pagamento nei pressi dell'alloggio, e soprattutto il terrazzo. Abbiamo trascorso felicemente tantissimo tempo in terrazzo, per la colazione e per la cena. La cucina ha tutto quel che serve, con una grande lavastoviglie. La permanenza è stata ottima. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Die Unterkunft war tadellos und liebevoll gepflegt. Für uns waren alle notwendigen Dinge vorhanden (Kaffeekocher, Töpfe etc.) sodass es uns in der Hinsicht an nichts gemangelt hat. Fabio und seine Mutter waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir mindestens zwei Fellnasen als Haustiere auf Zeit - diese haben unsere Zeit noch ein wenig mehr versüßt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt um ans Meer zu fahren (Tipp: hier am besten ein Fahrrad mieten und durch den wunderschönen Maremma-Park zum Meer radeln). Wie kommen gerne wieder. P.S.: unbedingt Mückenspray einpacken ;-)

Un’oasi di pace e ospitalità: il Capolinea è un angolo di paradiso – anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe 🐾 ! Siamo stati accolti con calore da Monica, con la sua energia travolgente, e Renato, con il suo aplomb irresistibile. Due persone gentili, attente e autentiche, che sanno farti sentire subito a casa. Le nostre due Weimaraner si sono sentite subito a loro agio, accolte con affetto e libertà. Il Capolinea è immerso nel verde, perfetto per rallentare e riscoprire il piacere delle piccole cose. La piscina invita al relax, magari con un aperitivo al tramonto. A pochi minuti, una collina regala una vista spettacolare sul lago, da togliere il fiato. Ogni dettaglio è curato con amore, creando un’atmosfera calda e rigenerante. Stare al Capolinea è respirare l’energia di un sogno diventato realtà: Monica e Renato hanno creato un luogo autentico, dove godere della natura, del buon cibo e delle connessioni umane vere. Torneremo presto. Ci mancherete tantissimo 😘!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Apartment Mirto. Es wurde an alles gedacht, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es gab eine riesige Obstschale und Wein. Die Ausstattung war vor Allem für Familien toll. Selbst ein Wäschekorb war da. Das Außengelände war unbeschreiblich schön. So viel Platz. So viel Natur. Diese Ruhe. Himmlisch. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es sind ausreichend Schränke vorhanden. Die Einrichtung aller Zimmer ist unglaublich geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ♥️ Wir empfehlen einen Ausflug in das zauberhafte Bergdorf Pitigliano, ca. 1 Stunde entfernt.

Eleonora war immer erreichbar und auch wenn wir sie nicht persönlich getroffen haben, haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir durften schon lange vor. der eigentlichen Check-in Zeit in das Apartment, was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Das Apartment sieht genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet und wirklich herrlich groß. Es gibt einen Außenbereich, den wir zum Frühstücken und Abendessen in der Sonne genutzt haben. Die Gegend ist eine ruhige Wohngegend, es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Strasse. In etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Innenstadt mit vielen Läden, Cafes und Restaurants.

Bardzo dobra opcja dla wiekszej grupy osob. Kazdy znajdzie kąt dla siebie czy atrakcje. Piekne widoki z tarasu. Kuchnia wyposazona we wszystkie sprzęty. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, w poblizu restauracje, sklepy, lodziarnie i terenu spacerowe. W wysokim sezonie moze byc problem z zaparkowaniem tuz pod posesja.

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.

Marilena e stata gentilissima in tutto, super attenta, l appartamento e in centro e fornito di tutto quello che serve, il terrazzo ho una bellissima vista! consigliatissimo! sicuramente torneremo.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in una delle casette del granaio. La struttura è immersa nella campagna della Maremma dove regnano la pace e i suoni della natura. A pochi minuti di distanza negozi di verdura, prodotti tipici e supermercati. Le spiaggia vicine sono comodamente raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto e adatte alle famiglie. Gli host ci hanno consigliato spiagge, ristoranti e attività da fare nei pressi della struttura. La casetta è arredata semplicemente ma tutto è perfettamente funzionante e funzionale, il giardinetto di cui dispone ogni appartamento è delizioso, fresco e pieno di fiori. Per noi è stata una soluzione ideale per poter esplorare la zona e avere la privacy e la tranquillità che cercavamo per le nostre vacanze.

Passamos dias muito relaxantes e desfrutamos de algumas caminhadas pelos arredores, que é muito bonito. Aqui escutamos alto o canto de diversos pássaros e encontramos o chão forrado de pequenas flores, presentes trazidos pela primavera. A casa é muito aconchegante, ficamos em 4 pessoas confortavelmente instalados! Foi muito agradável acender a lareira em uma tarde um pouco chuvosa e fresca. Atenção para safety deposit, pedido em espécie no dia do check in. Eu não havia encontrado a informação no anúncio do Airbnb e me interei lendo com atenção o e mail de instruções na véspera do check in, como estávamos no fim da viagem nos sairia oneroso sacar a quantia em Euro e depois converte la novamente para nossa moeda, Valentina foi muito gentil e compreensiva, rapidamente nos propôs uma solução.

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

Wir hatten einen würdevollen Aufenthalt bei Marta und Andrea. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, lassen einem zeitgleich aber genug Freiraum/Privatsphäre. Die Unterkunft ist wesentlich schöner als auf den Bildern. In idyllischer Lage zwischen Olivenbäumen kann man super auf der sonnigen Terrasse entspannen. Wir waren ganz begeistert vom gelegentlichen Besuch der Alpakas, Hunde, Katzen, Ziege und Hühner.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr erholsam. Der Garten ist groß und ruhig, da kann man gut entspannen und wenn’s zu heiss wird in den Pool springen. Maria und Rodolfo sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben uns super empfangen. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Mit dem Auto erreicht man auch gut das Meer oder schöne Städte.
