Family-friendly vacation rentals in Orbanići

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

Gloria and Alen are wonderful and helpful hosts. The villa is a dream, everything is just right here. Those who have not been here yet should come, those who have already been here will come again anyway. We had a wonderful vacation and can recommend this villa one hundred percent!

Had a very very nice stay! The house was very neat when we arrived there and equipped with all the comforts. The host was also very friendly and always reachable if anything came up. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Pula.

Great house, nice communication, quick help with any problems. Hot tub was very relaxing and there was everything else you needed was available.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

This place is stunning. the open windows, the view, the jacuzzi, even air conditioned. the kitchen had all the utilities to make a Carbonara at least and the place was spacious to exercise on my yoga mat and work on the laptops. This is definitiely a cute getaway. There is a bar below but the sound was also very nicely isolated. Host was super responsive, also gave us new towels etc. Private Parking is outside the common parking area, which is much easier to park.

We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The complex is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. When the water drain in the bathroom was defective, Klaus responded super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and was able to repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

Dear Matt and Anna, thank you for your hospitality! We already miss the smell of rosemary and lavender, the view of the surrounding hills, the cats and the chickens, the cozy house and of course all the delicacies that we were able to enjoy! You have created a little paradise. We will be back :)

Wonderful place! Very nice host, and clean, beautiful decorated house, both in and outdoors. Fully equipped. This place is a gem!

We stayed with a family of 5 in the beautiful authentically furnished holiday home “Olive” and used the cozy Konoba right next to our house during meals. Upon arrival we were welcomed with some delicious local products. Communication with Zara and Karin went very smoothly. We got interesting tips about the area; this is how we made a trip with a local fishing boat. The house /domain is ideally located to visit Istria.

We had a wonderful stay with our four children and our dog at this peaceful and scenic place. The view of the sea is absolutely stunning, and we especially enjoyed the nearby hike down to the beach. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to play both indoors and in the garden. We also appreciated the great location, with good restaurants nearby in Plomin and a bit further in Labin and Rabac. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway!

⭐️ 10/10 – Absolutely perfect stay!** Our weekend in Rovinj was fantastic! The apartment was very clean and ideally located: In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. Lada as a hostess was simply great – helpful, friendly and always available for questions. We can 100% recommend this place!

We spent 10 days in this lovely house and had a great time. The house is very tidy, the village is small and quiet, and the neighbors are very nice. We really enjoyed our stay, and had a very relaxing holiday.

We had a great week in Croatia. The house is clean and matched the pictures. Unfortunately, we had a few inconveniences, like a horrid nest, but Miro took care of it right away and always went out of his way. Unfortunately, our pool was tilted on the penultimate day and we could no longer go swimming, for this we easily got a refund. The house is very large and has a great, very well maintained outdoor area. We will be happy to come back!😍

stay everything is fine. We had a problem with the kitchen but Lorena and Rino moved instantly to solve it. always friendly, helpful, and super kind. The house is beautiful and the pool is a great service. highly recommend it.

Adrian offered us an earlier check-in on his own, which was very convenient for our arrival. The handover was quick and uncomplicated. The outdoor area was great for our group of 8 people, the various seating/or lying areas also gave you the opportunity for some privacy in the outdoor area. The amenities were very good, only a soap dispenser was missing in some bathrooms and a dish towel in the kitchen. For this, everything you need for barbecuing was available. The 2 residential units are structurally separated. The larger and better equipped main kitchen is located in one of the two buildings. The water for showering was unfortunately still cold in the morning, but we could overlook that. You can get to the city in 5-10 minutes by taxi/Uber. We were glad to have chosen Adrian's house, the value for money was very good! Thanks again for your kindness & all the best Kind regards, Felix

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

We have already stayed in this wonderful accommodation for the second time – and again absolutely thrilled! It almost feels like a home away from home. Everything was perfect as the first time: the warm communication, the lovingly furnished house, the cleanliness and the little details that make the stay so special. You can just see how much love and care everything was designed with here. This time, too, everything was well prepared – fresh linens, fresh towels, a fully equipped kitchen and many nice little things that made us feel at home immediately. The location is quiet but central, with everything you need in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely be back – and look forward to the next time. Thank you so much for the hospitality again!
