Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Orašac

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Fantastic stay at Sanja’s! The apartment was spotless, the beds were comfy & there was lots of room. Could not rate it high enough. Sanja was so helpful in organising transfers for us & so quick on responding to any questions we had. There were 5 of us sharing & all of us have said we would definitely return with our family’s. Thankyou again Sanja!

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

Vietimme todella miellyttävän ajan tässä majoituksessa! Asunto oli siisti, hyvin varusteltu. Sijainti oli erinomainen ja rauhallinen mutta silti lähellä palveluita. Isäntä oli erittäin ystävällinen ja helposti tavoitettavissa, ja saimme hyviä vinkkejä paikallisista nähtävyyksistä. Kaikki sujui mutkattomasti alusta loppuun. Suosittelemme lämpimästi ja tulemme mielellämme uudelleen!

Wish we had more time here! The place was so cute, lovely outdoor seating area, and very personal touches which made you feel right at home! Beds were comfy and shower was great, has lots of nice touches :)

Если бы можно было поставить 5+, я бы это сделала! Вилла полностью соответствует фото и даже лучше, видно, что за всем следят и ухаживают, все чисто и уютно, много места, хоть мы были только вдвоем. А какой аромат в саду, какие виды на залив и горы, просто непередаваемо, хотелось сидеть часами во дворе и наслаждаться природой и видами. Есть спуск в воду, даже покатались на сапе, несмотря на прохладную водичку, в сезон думаю просто идеально поплавать в кристальной водичке. Владельцы очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые на любые просьбы, дали хорошие рекомендации по ресторанам, угостили фруктами и хорошим вином. Мы уже планируем следующую поездку в это замечательное место, обязательно вернемся! Спасибо вам Maja & Meri 🫶

Viestintä oli sujuvaa ja erittäin ystävällistä. Asunto oli ihana ja sijaitsi lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista ja kaupasta, eikä rannallekaan ollut pitkä matka. Vietimme terassilla paljon aikaa nauttien maisemista. Kiitos!

Amazing place, spotless clean, great location, peaceful apartment with a beautiful view. Bojana is great host, quick in response, helpful, if there is any problem she will help you in matter of minutes. Apartment has all you need, kitchen fully equipped as well as bathroom. Welcome was very warming, Bojana welcomed us with fruits, breakfast and welcome pack as we were coming very late to apartment. Thank you Bojana for a very nice stay!

Un appartement très agréable, bien équipé. Ivana a été très agréable et soucieuse de notre bien être. Jusqu'à nous laisser rester un peu plus longtemps que l'heure de départ prevue dû à une erreur de ma part. Une gentillesse qui fait chaud au coeur.

Magnifique logement non loin de la vieille ville de Kotor en voiture. Nous y avons séjourné deux nuits, et cela fut une merveilleuse expérience. Le logement était très propre, moderne, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. La vue du logement est magnifique! L’hôte répond rapidement aux questions, est accessible, et convivial. Il est bien organisé ce qui a rendu notre séjour parfait! Également, notons qu’il y a un stationnement intérieur inclus, ce qui est très pratique. Nous recommandons grandement ce logement!

Marina is the perfect host ! She was really flexible, understanding, caring and really available for us. Thank you again, I completely recommend this flat. The location is really nice too, 25min walk from the old town in a quiet and accessible area.

Super Host, sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar! Sehr schöne Wohnung und Aussicht auf die Bucht von Kotor. Ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt, war jedoch vor und nach dem Stadtbesuch angenehm zu gehen. Perfekte Ausgangslage mit dem Auto zur Erkundung der Gegend von Tivat, Perast und Kotor selbst. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Luka et Marina sont d'excellents hôtes, attentionnés et prévenants. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans une belle maison bien équipée. Marina et Luka nous ont conseillé afin que nous puissions pleinement profiter de la culture et des paysages. Un grand merci à eux. Mes amis et moi les recommandons sans hésiter !

Budimir and his son run an incredible place. They made us feel at home instantly. There is also a private restaurant that is just for the AirBnB. The table set up by the sea is unreal. 100000% recommend.

Heerlijke week gehad met onze kids! Top locatie op loopafstand van veel winkels, heerlijke restaurants en het mooie strand. Het huis is netjes, mooi ingericht en de basis benodigdheden als koffie, thee, wc papier en badschuim enz was aanwezig! Ook hebben de prive speedboot tour gedaan, deze was super!

We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again. The location was beautiful and the amenities were perfect. The kitchen area was amazing and well equipped. We enjoyed the outdoor barbecue, and took some time to explore the vast property. Antonija is very friendly and an amazing host. It was an incredibly relaxing way to wrap up our visit to Croatia!

Ein Traum einer Villa. Unglaublich schöne Lage mit einem einziartigen Blick aufs Meer. Wir werden definitiv zurückkehren.

As a family of 4 (with 2 teenage kids) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Krsto's. The house exceeded all our expectations. It was clean, well thought out and situated in a very quiet and peaceful location with the most amazing views. We found Krsto to be a very responsive and friendly host. We also enjoyed meeting the neighbour's cat Akri who was a frequent friendly visitor.

This beautiful, spacious villa offers breathtaking views thanks to its hillside location—overlooking both the bay and the charming town of Cavtat, with stunning mountain vistas as well. We particularly enjoyed the abundance of birdlife, including eagles .The house was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for six adults. A thoughtful touch was having our sheets and towels replaced during our stay. The swimming pool and veranda were perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space to sunbathe as well as shaded areas for when the sun got too strong.Inside, there’s a very large sitting room on the first floor, though we mostly found ourselves gathered around the kitchen table or enjoying the outdoor spaces. Mihovil was outstanding—always friendly and helpful. He was there every morning to clean the pool and made sure everything ran smoothly.Both Mihovil and Marko were excellent communicators before and during our stay, making everything seamless.Highly recommended
