Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

Staying here was great and upon arrival was very clean. There were plenty of towels for my family and I to use. Also, all the TVs and electronic devices were clean and ready to use with clear instructions . Checking in and out was painless and communicating to the host was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great home to stay in the Citrus Heights area. We had a little trouble getting in but they were very responsive and helpful! Rooms stayed a little warmer than the rest of the house and there were no dish towels but other than that, the stay was great!

We needed a place for family to stay who has come into town for a family funeral. The place was roomy and had enough bedrooms for all the kids.

Great place to stay with a group in Fair Oaks. The living room and backyard were beautiful with generous seating for all guests.

This house was super clean with clear instructions for use everywhere. It is so well done -- we were very impressed! Everything feels new and well cared for. And there are special touches like a specialized ice-maker making mini-cubes for those hot summer days. Everything is stocked and thoughtfully prepared. We will definitely be back~

This home was perfect for our family. The house is spacious so we had private time and time to join as a family. We had 7 people stay the night, and had extra room. The outside is tranquil and even more beautiful than the photos. And so grateful to the host that was so accommodating to our requests. Would recommend.

Beautiful house that was well stocked with everything I could need. Plenty of space inside with a large kitchen and tons of space outside. Large backyard with multiple spaces to relax in sun or shade. Neighborhood was so quiet. Plenty of space for an extended stay for 4 people. I stayed on my own and just enjoyed the peace.

Overall, this place was seriously great—definitely more pros than cons. The price was fantastic, and the owner was incredibly easy to work with—super responsive, even replying to a message at 1 a.m.! Everything upstairs was spotless and very well kept. There were just a few minor cleanliness issues. Each time we arrived, there were a handful of flies in the house and a lingering smell, especially noticeable in the kitchen. The garage trash can was pretty gross, so I gave it a quick rinse—not a huge deal. The downstairs floors could’ve used a deeper clean, as they felt a bit dirty. Also, two of the arcade machines upstairs didn’t really work. Even with those small things, I’d still give it a solid 4.5 stars. The main reason for not giving a full 5 is the kitchen—it just needed a bit more attention, especially the counters. If the cleaning crew focused a little more on the details, this would easily be a five-star stay. Still, it was an awesome experience overall!

Our second stay at Alley House, and already looking forward to returning. We celebrated our daughter’s college graduation during the stay. It was the ideal location and provided a home-like feel for a special family gathering. We really love the outdoor space and were visited by the local peacocks one afternoon.

Beautiful home and breathtaking location. Elizabeth was very responsive. Only thing to note is the oven doesn't work well so we had to cook breakfast on the stove, not a big deal but took a while. Otherwise all great!!

The home was super comfortable! The outdoor space was one of my favorite parts! Tons of hummingbirds to see! Having a large group like I did the house was spacious and full of potential to host. There were several TV's and lounge areas it was a great get away. So close to Folsom Lake, and San Francisco!

We loved staying here! The pool is beautiful and the backyard was so fun! There are even horseshoes! The beds were so comfortable. I loved the pour over coffee pot, but there was a pod coffee maker too, but we didn’t use it. I loved that there were bathroom towels AND pool towels. The internet was fast and worked great. Thanks for such a great stay. We feel blessed. Highly recommend a stay here!

Our group had a fantastic time during our stay. The weather was perfect to enjoy the mornings outside for breakfast, jump in the pool when it heats up, and hop in the hot tub when it cools off a bit again at night. We had 11 stay here for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party and the sleeping accommodations worked well. We found the beds to be very comfortable and all the bathrooms were clean and well equipped. The theme for our weekend was summer camp and we played games throughout the weekend which was part of the reason why I chose this spot. The garage with the game setups were fantastic, and having the projector was awesome since we played a game of jeopardy. The outdoor grill was also perfect for burgers and hot dogs, something I enjoyed cooking more than I thought! We would definitely love to come back here. It has set a high bar for a trip like this.

It was a lovely home to stay in, very clean, and had all the basics you would need in a shirt vacation. Its definitely set up to expect children with the room of bunk beds and an extra twin bed and a playground in the backyard. The backyard was a nice area to hang ojt and have coffee. The hot tub is either set so you cant get too hot, so it kinda felt like i was in a bath, not really a hot tub. It would be great if it could get appropriately "hot-tub" hot. But there were plenty of towels both for the hot tub and in the bathrooms, and we really appreciated access to the washer and dryer. Overall, great stay, very clean and picture accurate.

This home was perfect for my family (11 guests). The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and spacious! We enjoyed the jacuzzi, outdoor shower and the big kitchen space! This home had everything we needed for the weekend. The only room on the second floor is the master bedroom with two beds + full bathroom. All other rooms are on the first floor. My only fyi to anyone is the master bathroom has no doors for privacy. Overall, host was so helpful and provided quick communication when needed. We accidentally left a few things behind and were able to go back to retrieve them. We are so grateful and would 100% recommend this place!
