Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel. It was amazing stay. It was a family vacation and family enjoyed the place thoroughly. Loads of activities at home. When we were too tired to go out after few days of Disney run, family enjoyed at home fully. Game room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, mini golf to name a few. Very responsive hosts. Both of them were right on the messages and barely few minutes before the responses (even around middle of night). Would love to come and stay again.

It was nice, clean, and had a nive backyard and great coffee bar. The only thing I would add is a refrigerator with an ice dispenser or easy access to ice. That is probably something that I wouldn't want to buy during a short stay that would be helpful to have access to. We also weren't a huge fan of the barn door for the master bathroom (not our taste but I know it is a common trend) and the inability to close and lock. But luckily there were two other bathrooms we could use that had regular doors. It was overall a nice stay.

We did end up needing some assistance with a couple things around the home & our host responded right away (even called to help!). Being new to Cali was made so much easier with AvantStay. 10/10 recommend!
